🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned SNFs
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care
• Provide primary care including diagnosing acute and chronic conditions
• Participate in quality initiatives like Chronic Care Management

📋 Requirements

• Must hold an active U.S. medical license
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in appropriate specialty
• Qualified specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, etc.
