💼 About This Role

You'll lead the compliance function for a national trust bank ensuring adherence to OCC standards. You'll manage risk assessments, policy development, and exam management while reporting to the Board. This role stands out for its hybrid work model and focus on financial innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain compliance policies per OCC Heightened Standards.
• Conduct enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments across all business lines.
• Establish second-line monitoring to ensure internal controls function.
• Serve as primary OCC exam contact and lead remediation of MRAs.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure operational pivots.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in banking compliance with 5+ years in senior leadership at OCC-regulated bank.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Law (JD or MBA preferred).
• CRCM certification mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of OCC Comptroller's Handbook and federal statutes.
