💼 About This Role

You'll own the monthly close and sensor-level cost tracking for a company building ocean-deployed sensor systems. You'll ensure GAAP compliance across hardware and SaaS models while building scalable processes. This role offers direct involvement in NetSuite migration and automation initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
• Track sensor costing, WIP, and fixed asset depreciation
• Manage AP workflows via Brex/Mercury
• Support customer billing and revenue accuracy

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge (ASC 360, WIP, PPE)
• Experience with hardware or IoT manufacturing preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA certification
• Experience with NetSuite, Brex, or Mercury
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills
