You'll drive the expansion of digital partnerships and promotional partnerships for our represented Talent and Brand Clients. You'll source potential content creators and negotiate Talent representation proposals. This role is pivotal in scaling our social-first ecosystem.

• Source potential content creators through online channels.
• Negotiate and prepare Talent representation proposals and agreements.
• Prospect and manage new/existing strategic business opportunities.
• Manage personal lead-generation pipeline.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Influencer Marketing or Business Development.
• Demonstrate knowledge of social media metrics analysis.
• Exceptional work ethic and organization.
• Excellent communication skills with full proficiency in English.
