💼 About This Role
You'll act as a technical product expert for Elliptic's blockchain analytics platform, leading support queries for the APAC region. You'll creatively solve integration challenges and drive customer satisfaction through training and onboarding. This role offers hybrid working and a crypto bonus.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage customer support queries and account maintenance across the region
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and map Elliptic solutions to customer needs
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feedback and improvements
- Onboard and monitor small to medium customers to ensure time-to-value
📋 Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Experience in B2B SaaS or complex technical market
- Experience with crypto and blockchain technology
- API and backend systems knowledge
