You'll maintain studio spaces and café areas at The Lighthouse creative campus. Your core impact is ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for creators and guests. Collaboration with teammates is key to keeping the campus running reliably.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and maintain all campus areas for cleanliness and safety
• Track inventory of supplies and communicate needs
• Reset and clean meeting rooms, studios, restrooms, and member areas
• Support studio and AV teams with event setups and breakdowns
• Assist with café operations including food prep and service

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, standing
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
