You'll coordinate clinical appointments by making high-volume outbound calls to patients and health plan members. Your core impact is ensuring scheduling accuracy and a seamless patient experience. This role offers $4 incentive per completed appointment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively call members to schedule telehealth and in-home visits.
• Add, cancel, or modify appointments in the schedule.
• Resolve appointment conflicts for staff and customers.
• Manage and update customer CRM (Salesforce Service Cloud).
• Meet key performance indicators for the organization.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inside sales or outbound calling.
• A dedicated, private work area with high-speed internet and ethernet connection.
• Ability to work on-call and holiday schedules as needed.
