💼 About This Role

You'll drive operational excellence across warehouse, fulfillment, and live class delivery, leading process automation and managing COGS to improve margins. You'll build strategic vendor partnerships and provide actionable metrics to support data-driven decisions, all within a culture rooted in love, joy, boldness, teamwork, and curiosity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end operational processes for warehouse and fulfillment
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual labor and costs
• Manage vendor relationships and renegotiate contracts for better margins
• Oversee live class scheduling, coordination, and cost efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations or supply chain leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of COGS management and unit economics
• Proven ability to lead vendor negotiations and improve contract terms
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

• Experience in education or professional services industry
• Familiarity with book, print, or physical media inventory management
• Direct experience with live event or live instruction delivery operations
