You'll lead barista shifts ensuring operational excellence and order accuracy for a Starbucks location operated by Gopuff. Your core impact is maintaining calm during high volume and coaching team members to deliver the Starbucks Experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods
• Anticipate customer and store needs
• Assist with new employee training and coaching
• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or restaurant
• Ability to work fluid schedules including early mornings and weekends
• ServeSafe Certification preferred
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
