🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the product operations strategy and roadmap
• Design and implement scalable operating models and prioritization processes
• Lead discovery sessions to translate customer needs into product requirements
• Drive cross-team coordination for high-impact initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in product operations or technical program management
• Proven experience scaling product operations across multiple teams
• Deep experience in e-commerce and ad tech environments
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, data models, and system design
