💼 About This Role

As Financial Operations Lead, you'll own end-to-end financial operations and architecture for a fast-growing AI research platform. You'll drive financial strategy and reporting that directly shapes company growth ahead of Series B. This role offers exposure to Fortune 500 clients and a path to build a finance function from 30 to 150+ people.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement financial systems and controls
• Coordinate monthly close and multi-entity consolidation
• Manage AR/AP, VAT, transfer pricing, and compliance
• Build financial models and cash runway dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 4–10 years in financial operations or accounting
• ERP implementation and optimization experience
• Multi-entity consolidation and monthly close ownership
• SaaS metrics understanding (ARR, NRR, CAC)

✨ Nice to Have

• Belgian or UK local reporting knowledge
• Series B or C fundraising experience
• Experience with 409A, R&D subsidies, transfer pricing
