Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA, CIA, or CMA designation
• 8+ years experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory)
• Deep expertise in Financial Services industry with exposure to digital assets or fintech
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, and SOX standards

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on IPO preparation, transaction support, carve-outs, audit readiness, and new accounting standards
• Collaborate on technical accounting and control matters, providing research-backed guidance
• Develop and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project plans, and outcomes to client stakeholders
• Monitor team progress to ensure alignment with work programs and professional standards
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing client relationships
