Requirements

  • 2-3 years SaaS customer success experience handling high volumes
  • Strong communication and empathy, business fluency in English
  • Experience with AI-powered tools for analysis and forecasting
  • Solution-oriented problem solver
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in pooled resource model

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive and strategic support for onboarding and adoption
  • Lead personalized onboarding sessions including launch plans and training
  • Drive product adoption through tailored consultations and hands-on training
  • Promote self-serve resources and partner with Account Management
  • Use Planhat, Salesforce, and Gong to track engagement and identify at-risk accounts
