Requirements
- 2-3 years SaaS customer success experience handling high volumes
- Strong communication and empathy, business fluency in English
- Experience with AI-powered tools for analysis and forecasting
- Solution-oriented problem solver
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in pooled resource model
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and strategic support for onboarding and adoption
- Lead personalized onboarding sessions including launch plans and training
- Drive product adoption through tailored consultations and hands-on training
- Promote self-serve resources and partner with Account Management
- Use Planhat, Salesforce, and Gong to track engagement and identify at-risk accounts
