💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design, development, and execution of issuer-side disputes across card networks and payment rails. You'll take full ownership of the dispute lifecycle, driving AI-first automation to reduce manual handling. This hands-on leadership role involves engaging directly with enterprise customers and networks to resolve complex dispute scenarios.

• Own the end-to-end issuer dispute lifecycle
• Drive AI-first automation for dispute classification and evidence management
• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team
• Act as technical and business-facing leader in customer and network escalations

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in engineering with 4+ years managing senior engineers or managers
• Hands-on AI-first mindset to drive automation
• Deep understanding of issuer-side card disputes across Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx
• Comfortable customer- and network-facing communication
