💼 About This Role

You'll help build a vision-based world model for interactive driving scenarios, bridging research and production. You'll drive foundation model development and simulator evaluation to advance autonomous driving. This role offers direct collaboration with Toyota Research Institute on cutting-edge AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support development and benchmarking of world foundation models
• Build visually realistic simulators for end-to-end autonomy evaluation
• Research and implement cutting-edge ML approaches across domains
• Collaborate with internal teams and TRI, providing technical mentorship

📋 Requirements

• MS or PhD in computer vision, ML, robotics, or related field
• 5+ years professional experience in computer vision, ML, or applied science
• Strong hands-on experience with foundation models or world models
• Expertise in PyTorch (preferred) or JAX/TensorFlow, strong Python and C++

✨ Nice to Have

• Publications at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, etc.)
• Experience with closed-loop simulation validation or scenario generation
• Experience with multi-agent simulation or high-fidelity 3D environments
