💼 About This Role

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement ML strategies that enhance workflows and content generation. You'll prototype, train, and deploy models at scale, bridging real-time systems and creative collaboration. This is a hands-on role where you'll operate agentic solutions and build ML-powered internal tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement ML strategy for workflows and content generation.
• Build pipelines and prepare data for model tuning, training, and deployment.
• Prototype and test ML-powered features with teams.
• Develop internal tools to streamline production, art, or audio pipelines.
• Define and operate agentic solutions with MCP servers and tool definitions.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-time experience in ML or Data Engineering.
• Track record of delivering end-to-end ML products.
• Experience building training sets and fine-tuning models.
• Experience building and operating ML pipelines.
• Professional experience on live-service platforms or applications.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with near real-time inference systems in games or interactive apps.
• Familiarity with generative AI (text, image, audio, or animation models).
• Background in game development or creative tooling.
• Experience optimizing models for constrained hardware (mobile, console).
