• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Strategic mindset and analytical thinking
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
• Ability to take comprehensive notes and catalog for executive reference
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Support Ceded Reinsurance team in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with reinsurance brokers to prioritize efforts and ensure timely placement deliverables
• Manage diligence tracker and coordinate AUP documentation for catastrophe bond issuances
• Design renewal marketing presentations and collect necessary data
• Track and report on reinsurer support across programs
