💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end customer implementations of our AI-powered digital pharmacy platform for health system clients. You'll be the primary point of contact, managing timelines and cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, on-scope solutions. This role offers the chance to shape delivery infrastructure at an early-stage healthcare technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, owning plan and timeline
• Create and manage project plans, status reports, and risk logs
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners for smooth delivery
• Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing project management in enterprise healthcare SaaS
• Experience at an early-stage healthcare technology company (Seed through Series B)
• Proven success managing end-to-end implementations of enterprise healthcare software at U.S. health systems
• Strong health system domain expertise with knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7)

• Background in healthcare consulting (Big 4, Oliver Wyman, etc.)
• Epic certifications or implementation/integration experience
• Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Loom)
