💼 About This Role

You'll drive the full sales cycle for high-value inbound leads in Brevo's SMB segment, a certified B Corp CRM platform. You'll build relationships, deliver demos, and close deals in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demo, negotiation, closing.
  • Manage pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Map product capabilities to mid-market client needs.

📋 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Account Executive experience in Tech/SaaS environment
  • Experience working with sales targets and carrying individual quota
  • Working knowledge of a CRM and pipeline system
  • Italian native/bilingual and English native/bilingual level

✨ Nice to Have

  • Past experience in a CRM company
  • Experience in short sales cycles (7 days)
  • Experience with sales methodologies like BANT, MEDDIC
