💼 About This Role
You'll drive the full sales cycle for high-value inbound leads in Brevo's SMB segment, a certified B Corp CRM platform. You'll build relationships, deliver demos, and close deals in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Drive the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, demo, negotiation, closing.
- Manage pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Map product capabilities to mid-market client needs.
📋 Requirements
- 2-4 years of Account Executive experience in Tech/SaaS environment
- Experience working with sales targets and carrying individual quota
- Working knowledge of a CRM and pipeline system
- Italian native/bilingual and English native/bilingual level
✨ Nice to Have
- Past experience in a CRM company
- Experience in short sales cycles (7 days)
- Experience with sales methodologies like BANT, MEDDIC
