Description

You will drive sales of the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors in your territory. This field role focuses on market development, building key relationships, and managing the full sales lifecycle to expand access to prenatal diagnostics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside field sales in healthcare calling on providers in specified territory
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong presentation and listening skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy

Responsibilities

  • Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
  • Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
  • Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships
  • Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization in your geography
  • Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events
