💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll train new recruits and help manage daily operations to meet sales targets. The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and team development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and encourage customer return visits.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of music and pop culture trends.
• Experience with store KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Communication and time management skills.
