Property Manager
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
✨ $100k-$130k / yearest.
We have partnered with a privately owned Sydney property group that owns, operates, and manages a portfolio of retail and industrial assets for the long term. Their portfolio spans an established retail centre and a growing industrial estate across Sydney, and the business is in an active growth phase. New stages are coming online, and the team is growing to match. The role This is a genuine end-to-end property management role across two assets, not one slice of a much larger portfolio. You will own the day-to-day performance of an established retail centre and a growing industrial estate, reporting directly to the Head of Asset Management rather than into a layer of management above you. Systems and process are still maturing, including a live reporting and finance system migration. You will not be stepping into a finished machine, and the right person will help build how the portfolio is run rather than simply operate what already exists. What you'll do Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across a retail centre and an industrial estate Steer leasing alongside the asset team, working closely with agents and tenant representatives Manage the day-to-day presentation and performance of both assets Act as the direct link between the centre team and senior management, including input into development meetings and recommendations that go to the directors Drive cost mitigation and process improvement, including a live systems migration and new reporting structures Build genuine relationships with tenants, leasing agents, and other stakeholders across a growing portfolio What you'll bring Several years of property management experience, ideally across retail and industrial assets A genuine track record in budgeting, forecasting, and driving financial performance, not just monitoring it Comfort working directly with leasing agents, tenant representatives, and other external stakeholders The ability to work well with people above and below you, without needing a fixed hierarchy to feel comfortable A builder mentality, someone who is comfortable improving systems and process that are still maturing, rather than expecting a finished playbook Who this role is for You are several years into a property management career and ready to own a portfolio directly, rather than administer someone else's decisions. You are motivated by scope and access, not by a bigger title on a business card. You want real exposure to the people making decisions about the business, and you are comfortable building a process where it does not yet exist. This role is not for you if: You are coming from a large, process-heavy institutional landlord and expect a fully mature system to step into Title matters more to you than the actual scope and ownership on offer You are looking for a stepping stone, or a lever to use elsewhere You expect to be handed a finished playbook rather than help build one You are early in your property career and still building your fundamentals Why you'll love working here Genuine end-to-end ownership of two assets, not one slice of a much larger portfolio A direct reporting line to the Head of Asset Management, with real access to the people making decisions A retail centre with real momentum behind it following a recently completed expansion, alongside an industrial estate entering its next stage of growth A privately owned business with long-term thinking, not managing on behalf of a fund A credible path to grow into a broader remit across both assets as the portfolio matures, for the person who performs Ready to apply? If this sounds like the right next step, send us your CV. We will be in touch promptly to walk you through the role in more detail. At Fulcrum, we celebrate diversity and know that our differences help us thrive. We are committed to diversity, inclusion, and providing equal opportunities at all stages of the recruitment process. Imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting amazing candidates, so if you feel passionate about this role, please don't hesitate to apply.

Product Marketing Manager
New York, New York, United States
$140k-$160k / year
Location: Hybrid, out of our Chelsea, NYC office; in-office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote. 🌿 Mission The US healthcare system is complex, error-prone, and financially draining. Medical bills and insurance coverage shouldn't be this hard to navigate. At Granted, we're building the one solution every American can turn to for help. Thanks to AI and new regulations, Granted can fight claim denials, correct billing errors, negotiate bills, and make coverage easier to understand — saving people time, money, and stress. Our goal is simple: to be the #1 platform that empowers all Americans to take charge of their healthcare. 🏢 About Us Founded by a former Oscar Health leader, we're a seed-stage company with $17M in funding. We're lucky to be backed by the founders and investors at Hugging Face, Rocket Money, Oscar Health, CaseText, Forerunner Ventures, RRE Ventures, and more. We are well-funded for the next few years. 🧭 About the Role Granted lowers people's healthcare costs and cuts down on admin and stress. We're building the AI-native patient financial OS — the first purpose-built company working entirely on the user's side of the healthcare system, unequivocally advocating for consumers. The hook is bill lowering. People come to us when they have a bill they can't afford or don't understand. Granted checks it — catches errors, overcharges and denials, secures financial assistance, and negotiates with providers. That earns us the right to be connected to their insurance and their patient data, and from there Granted runs in the background, proactively monitoring every bill to help patients lower and pay what they owe. We're early-PMF: ~25 people, seed-stage, and the product is starting to work, with strong early signals that we can distribute it at scale and efficiently. The open question we're working to answer right now is for whom, at what unit economics, and at what scale — and that shapes this role. This isn't a job of maintaining a proven playbook; it's building the launch, site, and lifecycle motion alongside a product and market that are both still being figured out. This role owns everything that happens the moment a product or feature is ready to meet the world: the launch narrative, the GTM plan, the marketing site and landing pages, and the CRM/lifecycle motion that turns a visitor into an activated user. You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who owns the upstream engine — paid media, organic, marketing analytics, budget, research, and B2B/partnerships. You own what happens once someone lands on our site or is in our funnel. This is a builder's seat, not a coordinator's seat. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to know what's coming, and with the Head of Marketing to make sure your launches and lifecycle work are pulling in the same direction as the broader growth engine — and you'll need to be comfortable with the launch story and the ICP both shifting as we learn. 🛠 What You'll Do Own launch GTM end-to-end — positioning, messaging, launch plans, and cross-functional coordination for every major product and feature release Own the LP / marketing site — page strategy, copy, conversion optimization, and ongoing iteration based on what's actually converting Own CRM and lifecycle marketing — onboarding flows, activation nudges, retention and win-back sequences, and segmentation logic Partner directly with Product and Engineering to build launch calendars and make sure marketing is never the reason a release slips or lands flat Translate product capabilities into a narrative that resonates with someone who is stressed, confused, and looking for help — not a features list Build repeatable playbooks for launches and lifecycle campaigns so quality doesn't depend on reinventing the process each time Work with the Head of Marketing to align launch and lifecycle work with paid, organic, and partnership motions — same story, same moment, different channels Define and track the metrics that matter for your surfaces — site conversion, activation rate, lifecycle engagement — and use them to prioritize your own roadmap 🧰 You'll Bring Must-haves: 4+ years in product marketing, with direct ownership of launches, site/LP performance, or lifecycle marketing at a consumer or B2B2C company A track record of shipping launches that moved a real metric — not just a launch doc that looked good Strong writing instincts — you can turn a complex product into a message a stressed, non-expert consumer immediately understands Comfort owning a CRM/lifecycle tool (e.g. Customer.io ) hands-on Experience working directly with Product and Engineering on launch timing and scope Comfort operating with minimal process — you build the playbook as you go rather than waiting for one Nice-to-haves: Background in healthcare, insurance, fintech, or other regulated consumer domains Experience at a seed/Series A company where you were the first dedicated product marketing hire Hands-on experience with landing page tools and basic conversion testing Familiarity with AI-powered or agentic products and how to talk about them credibly ✨ You'll Thrive Here If You get energy from owning the moment a product goes from "built" to "understood and used" You're comfortable being the one who writes the launch doc, the LP copy, and the lifecycle email — not just the one who reviews them You want a role with a clear, defensible scope early, with room to grow into owning more of the growth engine as the team scales You care about the same problem Granted is solving — helping people who are stressed and overwhelmed feel like someone's actually on their side

Application Product Security Engineer
$130k-$170k / year
Application & Product Security Engineer Remote (US) | Full-Time | Security / Engineering About Jump Jump builds AI-powered tools that help financial advisors automate meeting prep, notes, and follow-up — which means our customers trust us with some of their most sensitive client data. Security isn’t a checkbox for us; it’s core to the product and to earning that trust every day. About the Role We’re hiring our first dedicated Application & Product Security Engineer. You’ll partner with engineering and product teams from the earliest design conversations to make sure security is built into what we ship — not bolted on afterward. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at a startup: some days you’ll be threat modeling a new feature, other days reviewing code, tuning our security tooling, or jumping in on an incident. If you like variety and want your work to directly shape how a product is built, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Partner with product and engineering teams during design and planning to identify risks early and build security into new features from the start. Lead threat modeling and secure design reviews for new products, features, and architecture changes. Perform security-focused code reviews and help engineers fix vulnerabilities — and understand how to avoid them next time. Build and maintain application security tooling (SAST, dependency scanning, secrets detection) integrated into CI/CD. Participate in incident response: triage, investigate, contain, and drive post-incident learning. Triage findings from bug bounty reports, pen tests, and vulnerability scans, and drive remediation with owning teams. Develop lightweight security guidance, paved-road patterns, and training that make the secure way the easy way. Wear multiple hats as needed — from customer security questionnaires to cloud and corporate security improvements. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in application security, product security, or a software engineering role with significant security responsibilities. Solid grasp of common vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10, authn/authz flaws, injection, SSRF) and how to prevent them in real codebases. Experience with threat modeling and secure design review, and the ability to explain risk in terms engineers and PMs care about. Hands-on incident response experience — you’ve helped detect, investigate, or contain real security events. Ability to read and write code (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar) well enough to review PRs and build small tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills — you build trust with engineers rather than throwing findings over the wall. Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities; you can self-direct and wear multiple hats. Nice to Have Prior security experience at a startup or on a small security team (a major plus). Cloud security experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code familiarity. Experience securing AI/LLM-powered products or working with sensitive financial data. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR) as they relate to product security. Contributions to CTFs, bug bounty, open-source security tools, or security community involvement. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $130,000–$170,000, depending on experience and location, plus equity. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage; flexible PTO; and a remote-first work environment. Equal Opportunity Jump is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status.

Materials Engineer II
Torrance, California, United States
$115k-$150k / year
About Us At Antares, our long-term mission is to make clean energy abundant from Earth to the Asteroid Belt. We’re fueled by the belief that advanced nuclear energy can strengthen our military, solve the climate crisis, elevate global living standards, and expand humanity's presence in outer space. To achieve our mission, we’re building mass-producible, inherently safe, deployable microreactors that can be used terrestrially, underwater, and in space. Formed in 2023, the Antares team hails from SpaceX, The White House, MIT, Rigetti Computing, The Air Force, General Atomics, Relativity Space, Ursa Major, and National Laboratories like Los Alamos, Idaho, and Oak Ridge. Antares has raised over $130M in venture capital from top-tier investors and has over $13M in government funding. About the Team As a Materials Engineer II, you'll aid in the development and qualification of all materials in Antares’ reactor systems. This will consist of developing experiments, processes, and quality control as well as working with vendors and collaborators to identify and rectify critical gaps in material behavior at our operating conditions. This position requires the ability to learn quickly and develop a deep understanding of a wide range of materials – including ceramics and metallic alloys – such that you become the go-to subject matter expert at the company. The ideal candidate will apply fundamental knowledge of materials science to the practical applications of manufacturing in a fast-paced environment while also pushing innovation for the next generation of materials – driving Antares to be a recognized leader in nuclear materials Roles and Responsibilities: Partake in the development and qualification for all materials in the reactor, including lifetime testing, cross-institutional collaboration, and property evaluation Design and conduct physical, thermal, and mechanical testing of materials that replicates the reactor environment Employ statistical methods to systematically evaluate effects of process variables and environmental effects on materials properties Conduct materials characterization including root cause investigations of failure modes Interface with manufacturing, neutronics, mechanical, testing, and quality engineers to integrate materials into the overall system, define limits to operating conditions based on material properties, and optimize processes Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in materials engineering Proficiency in optical or electron microscopy as well as mechanical property evaluation Experience with Materials characterization including root cause investigations of failure modes Preferred Skills & Experience: 5+ years demonstrated experience as part of integrated team in a production setting Knowledge of radiation effects in materials Knowledge of stainless steel, Ni based superalloys, and ceramics Knowledge of Graphite or other nuclear materials Coatings experience Exceptional communication skills to work effectively across teams and convey technical information to non-specialists Additional Requirements: Ability to work long hours and weekends as necessary to support critical milestones Location We are located in Torrance, CA in a 322,000 square foot, brand new facility featuring large open spaces for team collaboration, R&D, and production, as well as easy access to the 405, 105, and 110 freeways. Our facility is in the heart of Los Angeles' vibrant emerging tech ecosystem alongside many other high growth startups and enterprises. Culture At Antares, we like to specifically tie each role to our founding document’s set of values–here are the top five cultural values we think you should believe at your core to be successful: Think in Systems - Energy and Defense are complex ecosystems with numerous stakeholders with competing priorities, conflicting policies, perverse incentives, and emergent and path-dependent properties. First principles thinking alone is insufficient. Think probabilistically and then take action. “If you want to be certain, then you are apt to be obsolete.” Over-optimizing the components often degrades the system Obsess over the End User - The customer and end user are often not the same. We will never build globally competitive commercial products if we lose sight of our end users and their entire interaction with the product life cycle Be Unconstrained by Convention - Our only limits are the laws of physics. Many, even experts, will say what we are working on is impossible. They said the same about SpaceX reusing rockets. Generationally impactful companies, by definition, must accomplish the seemingly impossible. If it were easy, it would have already been done. Never shy away from a solution because it has never been tried before, and never choose to do something because that's “how it's always been done” Go Where the Work I s - Never miss a chance to meet a customer, user, or stakeholder face to face, even if that means hopping on a plane. If you can’t make it, find a teammate who can channel your intentions and go in your place. Deep work can be done from anywhere, but we believe teams are built in person, and aim to maximize our time together Operate in the Grey - Embrace nuance in pursuit of truth. Question every fundamental assumption Equal Opportunity Antares is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment decisions are based solely on merit, competence, and qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability, or any other legally protected status. ITAR Requirements To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Software Engineer, RCM (Brazil)
Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
$40k-$50k / year
At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs. Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.” Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here. The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation. About the Role The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Product Team at Commure + Athelas powers the core operating system for our practices. Our product, Insights, provides practice staff and administrators with everything they need to manage their practice’s operations efficiently. Software Engineer - (Connect Platform)
✨ $100k-$140k / yearest.
About Enode The grid was built for predictable, centralised power. Today it's absorbing intermittent supply from grid scale solar and wind, alongside dynamic demand from EVs, heat pumps, and home batteries. The missing piece is software that can connect and orchestrate these devices at scale. Enode provides the infrastructure layer that makes this possible. Our Connect API gives energy companies a single integration to 1000+ devices across 80+ brands. Our optimisation tooling gives energy companies the building blocks to manage those devices locally - think smart charging for EVs. Our Flex product turns those connected devices into a flexible, controllable asset for energy companies. We work with device manufacturers across the energy hardware ecosystem - from EV brands to heat pump and solar inverter producers. Our customers are energy retailers, utilities, and traders building the next generation of energy services. We're backed by Y Combinator, Lowercarbon Capital, and Creandum. The decisions made now will shape how the energy system gets built. We're looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and care deeply about the role technology can play in the energy transition. What we're looking for: We're hiring a Backend Engineer to make Enode's EV platform more reliable, observable, and efficient. As a Mid Level Backend Engineer on the Platform Connect team at Enode, you'll focus on improving the reliability, observability, and scalability of Enode's connectivity layer. This is the part of our API that aggregates integrations with EV chargers, vehicles, and OEM platforms into one cohesive and reliable product for our customers. This is not an infrastructure or DevOps role. The Platform Connect team owns the product level platform that powers connectivity at Enode, maintaining and extending the layer that links our users to energy devices through consistent, high quality integrations. You'll work on both new integrations and platform improvements: fixing bugs, building automations, improving monitoring and alerting, and helping make our API more robust as we scale to support more OEMs and partners. Our tech stack centers around a TypeScript based codebase combined with React, Node, AWS, Docker, and PostgreSQL, structured via CDK/CloudFormation. In this role, you will: Build and maintain API integrations with OEMs and other energy partners, ensuring they are reliable, performant, and well tested. Improve the connectivity platform by reducing incidents, enhancing observability, and strengthening the foundations that make our API resilient. Develop automations and internal tools to streamline integration monitoring, triage, and testing. Contribute to defining SLAs, monitoring, and alerting practices that improve reliability and reduce manual work. Participate in discussions to align platform priorities with product needs, ensuring a strong balance between stability and delivery. Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture by sharing knowledge, refining best practices, and working closely with engineers across Enode. This role will be right for you, if: You see AI as a strategic lever for engineering work, not just a productivity add on. AI is a real part of how we work as engineers at Enode. We expect you to be comfortable using it day to day, understanding where it helps and where it falls short, and starting to think about your work in terms of what AI can take on. If you're not fully there yet, you're genuinely eager to get there. Additionally: You have experience writing maintainable, testable backend code, ideally in an environment with a lot of API or integration work. You're excited about platform engineering in the product sense. Building the connectivity layer that powers integrations, not managing infrastructure or CI/CD pipelines. You enjoy both building new integrations and making existing systems more reliable and observable. You're systematic in debugging issues and improving the tools and processes that prevent them from recurring. You're proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript (or eager to learn TypeScript) and comfortable working in a distributed systems environment. You communicate clearly, collaborate proactively, and contribute positively to team discussions. You're curious, respectful, and growth oriented, someone who values teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement. What we offer: Opportunity to join and impact an early-stage climate tech startup with global aspirations as we scale. A mission-driven, fun and caring environment with high drive and ambition. Competitive compensation, including a very attractive employee option program - you’re part of our journey. Access to best in class AI tooling, we think the ceiling on what a small team can do has fundamentally shifted, and we want you to feel that. Remote-first in Europe, with the option of attending an office in Oslo or receiving a co-working pass on demand. Three annual off-sites to connect with the team in exciting & fun places. Flexible, human-first culture. Stipend for setting up your home office. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A few things to note: Enode is an equal opportunities employer. Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles. Our values are integral to the way we work and are embedded into all our hiring processes. You can read more about our values here .
