Customer Marketing & Advocacy Manager

$85k-$125k / yearest.

Join BLP Digital — The #1 Solution for ERP Automation BLP Digital is redefining ERP automation with agentic AI. Spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, we build AI agents that automate finance, procurement, logistics, sales, and more for some of the world's largest enterprises. We solve real enterprise problems with cutting-edge technology and a strong sense of ownership. Our solution is live in 40+ countries, used by 550+ customers, and automates 70,000+ processes every day, including for Fortune 500 companies. As one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scaleups, our success stems from deep expertise in technology and business processes, delivering a product with outstanding product-market fit, proven by a growing global customer base. We've recently welcomed Goldman Sachs Alternatives as a growth investor, and we're now expanding into the UK with the launch of our London office. We are just getting started. Ready to build the future? Join BLP Digital today. About The Role Our customers are our strongest asset - and their stories are still largely untold. As our Customer Marketing & Advocacy Manager, you will own the customer voice at BLP end-to-end: building the advocacy program that turns 550+ enterprise customers into referenceable champions, published case studies, review-site presence, and speakers who carry our story into the market. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with full ownership of the advocacy motion. You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer success - and directly with CFOs, COOs, and operations leaders at some of Europe's leading industrial enterprises What You'll Do Build and run the customer reference program . Identify, recruit, and nurture referenceable customers; manage the reference pipeline for sales; match the right customer voice to the right deal stage. Produce customer proof. Own case studies, success stories, and customer quotes end-to-end - from securing internal and customer-side approvals through interviews to published assets for web, sales decks, and campaigns. Own review-site presence. Drive systematic review generation and management on platforms like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights, and turn ratings into market-facing proof. Recruit customer speakers. Source and prepare customer champions for webinars, events, analyst conversations, and press opportunities. Partner with Customer Success and Sales. Establish a structured interface with account teams - joint identification of advocacy candidates, coordinated asks, and a shared view of which customers are asked for what, and when. Measure and report. Track reference coverage by industry and use case, advocacy asset usage in the sales cycle, and the pipeline influence of customer proof. Feed the wider marketing engine. Supply customer evidence to campaigns, website, PR, and executive presentations, ensuring every claim we make is backed by a real customer outcome. You'll have 4–7 years of experience in B2B software marketing, with at least 2 years in customer marketing, advocacy, or reference management. A track record of getting case studies and references out of enterprise customers - you know how to navigate corporate communications departments, legal reviews, and long approval cycles, and you have the persistence to see them through. Exceptional stakeholder skills. Your raw material is owned by customer success and sales; you build the internal relationships that earn you access to accounts. Strong interviewing and storytelling ability: you can get a COO to articulate business impact in numbers, and turn it into a story a CFO wants to read. Structured program-building skills - you can stand up processes, pipelines, and measurement from scratch, not just execute within an existing machine. Fluent English and German (our customer base is concentrated in the DACH region); additional European languages are a plus. Familiarity with ERP-centric processes, finance operations, or enterprise software for manufacturing/industrial companies is a strong advantage. Why Join BLP Real ownership: you build this program - the strategy, the process, and the results are yours. Substance to work with: 550+ enterprise customers with measurable outcomes means your job is to surface great stories, not manufacture them. A company at an inflection point: strong European base, fresh US market entry, and a category - agentic process automation - that enterprises are actively budgeting for. Direct exposure to executive customers and to BLP's leadership team.

Finance Business Partner

$75k-$95k / yearest.

About Everfield Everfield buys, builds, and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies, providing them with the tools they need to move to the next level. Our mission is to foster ambition, fuel growth, and unlock opportunities for Europe's software ecosystem. Companies in the Everfield ecosystem follow a decentralised model, maintaining their team, brand, and offices, while focusing on what they do best - building products and supporting customers. Everfield provides support in talent acquisition, HR, and access to a team of experts in building and growing European B2B SaaS companies who consult on financial and operational topics. Founded in 2022, Everfield has an ecosystem presence in 9 countries, and growing. About the Role This is not a reporting role. It's ownership of the financial engine for a portfolio of growing software businesses. You'll be accountable end-to-end for the accounting integrity of your portfolio: closing the books accurately, building and leading a team of local finance experts to meet French statutory and regulatory requirements, and making sure every number that reaches Everfield's leadership is right and on time. But the job doesn't stop at accuracy. You'll sit next to Business Unit Leaders as their financial conscience and commercial sparring partner - coaching them on the numbers, challenging their growth plans, and pushing them to allocate resources where they'll actually compound. Everfield deliberately gives this role more scope than a typical FP&A or controller seat carries at this career stage. You'll run the accounting, build and lead the regional finance team, and shape how each business thinks about growth - the full stack, across multiple companies. What You'll Do Own the numbers • Be accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of monthly reporting (management P&L, KPIs, operating metrics) for each business in your portfolio - not just its preparation. • Build and manage a team of local financial experts to meet French statutory and regulatory compliance requirements. • Guide each business's finance and accounting team through migration onto Everfield's NetSuite instance. • Own the accuracy and timeliness of the underlying accounting work behind every number you report. • Build and defend annual budgets and rolling forecasts, incorporating strategic initiatives and long-term expectations. • Prepare Quarterly Update Review (QUR) packs for Everfield's CEO, CFO, and COO. Drive the growth agenda • Coach Business Unit Leaders on financial acumen - make sure they understand and consistently apply the Everfield ratios, not just report against them. • Challenge and support Business Unit Leaders in applying Everfield's prescribed revenue system to their business. • Help each business spot operating efficiencies, report headcount accurately, and manage overhead with intent. • Partner with Business Unit Leaders on charting expense management and aligning resources toward growth, not just cost control. • Play an active role in integration of newly acquired businesses - systems, data, and reporting design, alongside the Integration Director and Head of BI. • Partner with your Strategic Business Partner (SBP) counterpart on the day-to-day relationship with each business in your region. Who We're Looking For • An ambitious problem-solver who wants this role to be a stepping stone – experience on the path towards a CFO or Controller of a larger group of companies, or of a larger standalone business. • Strong technical grounding in accounting practices and controls - you can run a clean close and hold a third-party provider to a standard, not just review their output. • Commercial instinct to match: you can sit across from a Business Unit Leader and challenge their growth plan, not just report on whether they hit it. • A completed university education plus a professional finance qualification (CA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent). • 5+ years in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering. • Ability to lead and build a team of regional finance specialists. • Comfort operating in a decentralised, multi-entity, PE-backed environment - you'll manage stakeholders across businesses at very different stages of maturity. • Fluent in English and French; effective communicator at every level of an organisation, from bookkeeper to CEO. • Ideally, a background in fast-growing technology or SaaS companies. • Willingness to travel occasionally. What We Offer • Attractive salary package with performance-based bonus. • Remote flexibility. • A collaborative team culture based on respect, ownership, and trust. • Access to international experts within the Everfield ecosystem - accelerate your personal and professional growth. • Regular team events and company celebrations. Interview Process Here's what to expect and who you'll meet during the recruitment process: • First interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (0.5 h) • Second interview with Hiring Manager (1.0 h) • Third interview with Group Finance representatives (1.0 h) We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability. Any hiring decision is made based on skills, qualifications and experiences. We look forward to receiving your application!

Data (Analytics) Engineer

's-Hertogenbosch, North Brabant, Netherlands

$48k-$72k / year

Job description As an Analytics Engineer at Floryn, you'll be part engineer, part analyst. We're not a dashboard factory and we don't want someone who just builds what's asked. You should care about how the company actually works and what makes the machine tick, enough to question a request when the metric is wrong or the data doesn't support it, and to come back with something better. You'll build the scalable analytical foundations in dbt that the whole team relies on, work close to the data itself, and make the analysts around you fast so they spend their time answering the questions that matter. You'll work with Analysts, ML Engineers, Developers and Commercial teams to understand what they need and help get them there. What you'll be doing Architecting, optimising and transforming data models in dbt so analysts and business stakeholders can move quickly without breaking things. Building out our semantic layer so metrics are defined once and trusted everywhere. Developing automated root cause analysis and a traffic-light system on our key metrics (think Amazon Weekly Business Review) so the business sees what's moving and why, without waiting on a manual deep-dive. Advancing automation that lets the team spend less time validating data and more time using it. Setting the standard for how the analytics code base is built and maintained, with version control, documentation, testing and continuous integration. Rapidly delivering new concepts through prototyping that can be put in front of stakeholders for feedback and iteration. Technology At Floryn we've got a treasure trove of data on customer behaviour, marketing channels, sales, CRM, loan administration, company financials, and a good amount of machine learning. We use dbt for transformations so metrics get reused across reports, Metabase as our BI tool for visualisations and dashboards that actually tell a story, and Hightouch for reverse ETL. Data lands via Fivetran and Estuary, Prefect runs our recurring jobs like exports for reporting, and we reach for Python when we're prototyping or pushing through heavier analysis. We care about doing this well, not just doing it. About Floryn Founded in 2016, Floryn is one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the Netherlands, and recently also beyond. While traditional banks are often slow and complex, we make business financing fast, transparent and flexible, built on our own technology. We've provided over €800 million in SME loans and work with 80+ Dutch and international colleagues on our international ambitions. You'll join an organisation with the energy of a startup and the impact of a scale-up, based in the centre of 's-Hertogenbosch. The technology we build is central to everything we do, so we keep development fully in-house. Quality comes first, and our impact on real businesses and people is significant. The organisation is flat and the lines are short, so we move fast. We don't hand you tickets to close blindly; we hand you a problem and trust you to come up with an outstanding solution. We believe in sane working hours and durable solutions, not 70-hour weeks held together with tape. We do things our own way, we ship every day, and we take pride in our work. What we think you'll need to be successful: Strong SQL and real comfort working close to the data, not just the table on top. Comfortable in a terminal and with version control. dbt experience is a plus, not a must; we'll teach you the stack. You build scalable, reliable, reusable data models. You keep the code base trustworthy with testing, docs and CI, and you push back when standards slip. You've worked in a cloud warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or similar). You can take a vague business question and work out the right metric, not just build what was asked. You work well with non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly. 2+ years in a data, engineering or analytics role close to the data. Nice to have: Experience with orchestration tools like Prefect, Airflow or Dagster. Practical: Hybrid role with a real office component, so a commute of about an hour to Den Bosch works best. What does Floryn offer? Salary between €4,000 and €6,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience. 30 vacation days and 8% holiday pay, plus pension contribution. A generous €2,500 personal development budget for books, courses and conferences, plus a well-being allowance. MacBook and a noise-cancelling headset, and any other high-end gear you need to do your best work. Travel comfortably: 1st class NS Business Card, an (electric) lease bike, or €0.23/km with your own transport. Hybrid working, with a healthy bias toward the office because that's where the speed and the good ideas come from. You also get a working-from-home allowance for your internet and toilet paper. An international scale-up culture full of energy, ambition and impact. Legendary company outings, ski trips and offsites with the Floryn team. Sneak preview: https://www.instagram.com/gofloryn Got something extra in mind? Just ask us. If you're ready to join the data revolution and become part of the Floryn family, send us your CV and a cover letter that shows your personality and why you're the right fit. Bonus points if you can make us laugh. We can't wait to meet you.

Technical Support Manager - Spend

Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain

$60k-$90k / yearest.

About Us Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact. We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including On Running, Breitling, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem . Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work. At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel, fintech, and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you're excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we'd love you on the team. Visit www.perk.com to learn more. Join Perk as we scale the technical capabilities of our Spend Customer Care organization. This is a unique opportunity to lead the evolution of our Level 2 support function, helping build a highly technical team that works hand-in-hand with Engineering to solve complex customer problems and continuously improve how we support our product. About the role Reporting to the Head of Care for Spend, you'll lead our Technical Support Specialists while acting as the technical bridge between Customer Care and Engineering. You'll be responsible for raising the technical maturity of the team, improving technical workflows and tooling, and enabling Customer Care to resolve increasingly complex issues independently. This is a hands-on technical management role where you'll coach others, partner closely with Engineering, help shape the future of technical support at Perk, and improve the L2/L3 collaboration model. Why this role Lead the technical evolution of Customer Care in one of Perk's fastest-growing product areas Work closely with Engineering to improve tooling, workflows, and customer outcomes Build a highly capable technical support team through coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership Help shape how Customer Care leverages automation and AI to scale technical support What You'll Do Lead L2 customer care: own the team responsible for the most complex, escalated customer issues that L1 support cannot resolve. Manage hands-on technical support specialists: hire, coach, and grow a team of technically strong specialists; set expectations, review case quality, and provide technical mentorship (not just people management). Debug alongside your team: get into the weeds on production issues yourself: read stack traces, review relevant code paths, query databases, and use observability tools to find root cause. Deep-dive into logs: investigate application, API, and infrastructure logs to diagnose customer-reported issues, distinguishing product bugs from configuration, integration, or data issues. Own technical escalations: act as the primary interface between customer care and engineering/product teams for issues requiring code changes, hotfixes, or architectural input. Drive resolution, not just triage: ensure issues are actually solved and don't just get passed along; track time-to-resolution and repeat-issue rates. Build tooling and process: identify recurring issues and work with engineering to fix them at the source; build internal runbooks, diagnostic tooling, and self-service resources for the team. Report on health and trends: analyze ticket data, SLA/SLO performance, and escalation patterns; present insights to leadership on product quality and support health. Coordinate incident response: represent customer care during major incidents, translating technical impact into customer communication and vice versa. What We're Looking For 5+ years in Technical Support, Product Support, or Engineering-adjacent Customer Care within a SaaS or tech environment, with at least 2+ years managing a team of engineers or technical support staff. Ability to read and reason about code (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or whatever your primary stack is) - you don't need to ship production code daily, but you should be comfortable tracing logic, spotting bugs, and having credible technical conversations with engineers. Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs, and comfort troubleshooting with tools like Postman, curl, or browser dev tools. Understanding of system architecture concepts (services, queues, caching, networking basics) sufficient to reason about where in a system a failure originates. Experience with ticketing/support platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Jira Service Management, Intercom) and incident tools. Track record of managing L2/L3 support functions, including escalation processes and SLA ownership. Experience working directly with engineering teams - filing detailed bug reports, participating in triage, and influencing product roadmap based on support trends. Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate deep technical detail into clear updates for both customers and executives. What we offer Receive competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk. Rest and recharge with our generous allocation of vacation days plus public holidays. Take control of your physical health with your choice of private healthcare or a gym allowance. Nurture your language skills with in real-life English, Spanish and Catalan lessons. Follow your passions and take a four-week, fully paid sabbatical once you reach 5 years Let us help you move to one of our hubs with relocation support. Interview Process Talent Acquisition Interview - 30mins Virtual Hiring Manager interview - 30mins - In Person in Barcelona office Technical Interview - 60mins - Virtual Final Values interview - 30mins - Virtual AI at Perk AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled, so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes. We don't expect you to be an AI expert, but we do expect you to be curious and intentional about it. The bar is judgment: knowing when AI makes your work better, when to verify what it produces, and when to rely on your own expertise instead. We'll ask about how you use AI in your interviews, not to test tool knowledge, but to understand how you think about it. That reflects how we work every day. How We Work At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work. For certain roles, we can help with relocation from anywhere in the world, English is the official language at the office. Please submit your resume in English if you choose to apply. Do not forget to submit an updated portfolio and/or resume. Perk is a global company with a diverse customer base, and we want to make sure the people behind our product reflect that. We’re an equal opportunity employer, which means you’re welcome at Perk regardless of how you look, where you’re from, or anything else that makes you, well, you. Protect Yourself from Recruitment Scams All official communication from Perk will always come from email addresses ending in @ perk.com or @ externalperk.com , our verified social media channels, or recruiters listed on our official LinkedIn page. We will never ask you to pay for equipment, training, or fees, request sensitive personal information such as bank details early in the process, or communicate through unofficial apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal. If you receive a message claiming to be from Perk that seems suspicious, please do not respond. Forward it to security [at] perk .com, and we will confirm whether it is legitimate. #LI-Hybrid

We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time. About your role Venture capital is one of the most important and fastest-growing segments of our business, and how we win there depends on product marketing expertise that sits shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales. We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Venture Capital to own the messaging, positioning, and enablement that move VC deals forward, from the first conversation with a Managing Partner or CFO to the final stage of a competitive evaluation. In this role, you'll be the internal expert on how venture capital firms buy, who sits in the buying group, what they care about, and what makes them choose Juniper Square over the alternative. You'll translate that understanding into the persona-specific narratives, competitive positioning, content and deal support that help our sellers win. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing and partners closely with Sales leadership and Demand Gen, all teams that operate as trusted partners in driving pipeline and revenue. What you’ll do Venture Capital strategy, positioning & messaging Partner on Juniper Square's strategy, positioning and messaging for the venture capital segment, articulating a differentiated value proposition for each stakeholder in the VC buying group; Managing Partners and General Partners, CFOs, Heads of Finance and Fund Operations, Investor Relations and LP-facing teams, and technical evaluators. Sales enablement & deal strategy Work directly with Sales leadership and top sellers to co-create the collateral that wins VC deals: executive briefs, ROI narratives, competitive battlecards, and stakeholder-specific decks for each stage of the buying process. Act as the internal expert on VC deal dynamics, playing an active role in shaping messaging and strategy on high-stakes opportunities. Voice of customer & market intelligence Conduct deep voice-of-customer research through customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and Sales feedback to continuously enrich our understanding of VC personas and use cases. Own competitive intelligence for the VC segment and disseminate actionable insights to Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product so the whole go-to-market motion stays aligned around how VC firms actually buy. Build AI-native Use AI agents and tooling as core infrastructure to research accounts, synthesize customer and competitive inputs, which measurably accelerates the production of messaging and enablement assets. Apply judgment to what AI produces: know where automation accelerates the work and where human insight matters. Cross-functional partnership Partner with Demand Gen to ground VC campaigns in strong, persona-relevant messaging and provide the inputs that drive message-market fit. Work with Product to translate complex platform capabilities into clear, resonant value propositions for VC buyers. Support Customer Marketing in surfacing the VC customer stories that validate our messaging with real-world proof. Software application ownership Own a subset of Juniper Square's apps as their dedicated product marketing lead, from positioning through go-to-market. Lead launches for your apps: own the messaging, positioning, and launch plan that bring each release to market. Own the feedback loop for your apps, gathering signal from Sales, customers, and the field and channeling it back to Product to shape the roadmap. Own competitive intelligence for your apps, tracking competing products and arming Sales with the positioning and enablement to win. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the venture capital ecosystem is required (at a VC firm, a fund administrator, or a company selling into VC); you understand how these firms operate, who the buyers are, and what they care about. Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy roles is advantageous but not required, with a strong bias toward supporting Sales and influencing deal outcomes. AI Fluency: experience using LLMs, agents, and AI automation tools to measurably accelerate your work, and understanding where human judgment is critical. Senior Product Designer

$120k-$150k / yearest.

About Gallatin At Gallatin, we are rebuilding logistics infrastructure for the national security missions of the United States and allied partners. We build AI systems that determine how logistics decisions are made — not just how they're executed. From factory to foxhole, we operate at the layer where data becomes decisions, and decisions make the advantage. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of complex systems, AI, and craft. You'll research, prototype, and ship products that help military logisticians synthesize constraints and act within large-scale environments, both simulated and physical. Embedded within the Product team and reporting to the Director of Product Design, you'll blend human-factors rigor with rapid AI-assisted prototyping to increase the teamʼs learning velocity. This is a role for someone who nerds out over information density, emergent system behavior, and the design challenge of making complexity feel approachable. What You'll Do Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to develop user interfaces and experiences that serve the unique needs of military logistics operations Champion emerging best practices around AI prototyping to iterate at the speed of thought Conduct user research and testing with military stakeholders to validate design decisions Support the maturation of design systems that maintain consistency across our brand and products Participate in design reviews and contribute to product strategy discussions Document design decisions and maintain design specifications What We’re Looking For US Citizenship (required for working with defense-related projects) Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field 5 years of product design experience, with demonstrated work on complex, data-rich, or systems-oriented products Background in or exposure to defense, intelligence, or government technology Fluency with design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design/prototyping tools Ability to think in systems: you consider states, edges, flows, and failure modes A portfolio that shows you can design for complexity (not just simplify it away) Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions Willingness to travel occasionally for user research and client meetings Bonus Points Experience designing for simulation, modeling, logistics, or other domains where users reason about dynamic systems over time Familiarity with front-end development (enough to prototype in code or pair fluently with engineers) Knowledge of accessibility standards, particularly for information-dense interfaces Mission and Identity We are building the system that enables faster, smarter logistics decisions in contested environments, and we're doing it with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, operators, and technologists who have built and scaled solutions in this space before. We hold ourselves to an extremely high standard. We value clear thinking, direct communication, and the kind of ownership that doesn't stop until something actually works. Our mission is to create decision advantage when the stakes are the highest. If we succeed, the system doesn't just run; it gets smarter. We're not building AI for its own sake. We're building it because faster, smarter decisions in the most demanding environments on earth can't wait. If you want to work somewhere the stakes are real and the mission is urgent — you'll fit in here. Why Gallatin? The logistics infrastructure that supports America's warfighters and humanitarian disaster responders is overdue for transformation, and we are building it. From defense operations to disaster response, we're solving the hardest problems that keep missions moving when it matters most. Join a team where the mission is the point. Compensation: Gallatin offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer a generous equity grant, full healthcare coverage, 401k, unlimited PTO, and the perks of working in a high-caliber, mission-driven environment. Gallatin is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. This position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. The successful candidate must be able to work in a classified environment when necessary. We comply with the United States Department of Labor's Pay Transparency provision .

Account Lead

$95k-$120k / year

About the Role The Account Lead owns the post-sale relationship and end-to-end customer experience for a portfolio of Stacker customers across a range of industries. This role combines customer success, strategic account management, performance analysis, and commercial ownership. You will help customers adopt and get value from the Stacker platform, partnering with our Value team to turn content distribution strategies into measurable marketing outcomes. You will lead onboarding, support platform engagement, guide customers through campaign execution and reporting, and own renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience managing a B2B SaaS, technology, or subscription-based product. You can learn a complex product, navigate multiple stakeholders, connect product usage and performance data to business value, and communicate recommendations with clarity and confidence. This is not a purely relationship-management role. We are looking for someone who can interpret performance data, identify risks early, and make strategic recommendations that improve customer outcomes and retention. About Stacker Stacker is revolutionizing the traditional newswire business model and the ways in which brand newsrooms and publishers connect. Our platform helps over 100 content contributors - brands, nonprofit newsrooms, and others - extend the reach of their content by seamlessly integrating with a network of thousands of trusted news publishers. Stacker helps brands get their stories in front of more readers by syndicating content across a large-scale publisher network, enabling organizations to expand the reach and impact of their earned and owned media. As a bootstrapped, fast-growing company, we're resourceful, innovative, and committed to building an inclusive, equitable culture. We are a remote-first team that values ownership, integrity, and collaboration—offering flexible schedules, unlimited vacation, an employee equity program, and full health & dental coverage. We champion long-term impact over short-term gains and believe in empowering our team with autonomy and opportunities for career growth. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of Stacker customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Help customers adopt the Stacker platform by connecting product usage, content distribution, and performance to their marketing goals, including surfacing in AI search (GEO). Partner with the Value team and internal experts to deliver customer strategies, reporting, business reviews, and actionable recommendations. Build strong relationships with day-to-day contacts and senior stakeholders through clear communication, expectation-setting, and proactive follow-up. Manage customer health, retention, quarterly renewals, and account growth by identifying risks, friction points, and expansion opportunities. Work with Product, Marketing, Editorial, Distribution, and other teams to improve the customer experience and strengthen account management processes. About You You are a commercially-minded customer success or account management professional who combines strong relationship skills with strategic and analytical thinking. You can learn a complex product, understand how customers use it to achieve their goals, and clearly communicate its value. You are proactive, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities. You surface risks early, take ownership of outcomes, and enjoy collaborating across teams in a fast-moving environment. What You'll Bring 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client success for a B2B SaaS, MarTech, or subscription-based business. Experience managing a book of business with responsibility for renewals, retention, expansion, or revenue growth. Experience leading value-based retention conversations with multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive customer adoption, engagement, and value realization. Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, prioritization, and project management skills. Ability to interpret performance data, develop a point of view, and translate insights into clear business recommendations. Nice-to-Haves Direct experience in SEO, GEO, digital PR, content distribution, or earned media. Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console. Experience managing strategic or enterprise customers. Experience in a startup or high-growth company. Interest in AI search, content discovery, and the future of earned media. Why Join Us? We're a diverse team of storytellers committed to building a more exciting, innovative future for media and marketing. As a bootstrapped company, we're resourceful, fast-moving, and focused on sustainable growth. Our virtual-first culture is rooted in trust, ownership, and collaboration, with a deep respect for each team member's voice and value. Associate Editor, Connect Editorial

$60k-$70k / year

About the Role As an Associate Editor for Stacker Connect, you will edit submitted brand and nonprofit newsroom stories to meet Stacker editorial guidelines and prepare them for syndication on our newswire. Reporting to the Deputy Editor of Connect Editorial, you will edit coverage from a mix of for-profit brands and nonprofit newsrooms, helping produce an invaluable third-party newswire distributed to thousands of partner news outlets. Our mission is to empower the world's publishers. Stacker's Connect newswire serves over 3,000 local news partners, ranging from major networks to independent outlets. The newswire helps complement the coverage of our publishing partners and engage their readers in new ways. We're looking for an experienced editor who is excited to edit news articles and features in a deadline-oriented newswire environment while also understanding how to work effectively with brand clients. What You'll Do Review and edit stories from brand and nonprofit newsroom clients for accuracy, style, and fit with Stacker's publisher network. Work with clients on light revisions, clarifications, and factual questions to get stories syndication-ready. Identify minor process inefficiencies in the editing pipeline and suggest improvements. Prioritize and edit multiple stories at once to keep pace with a fast-moving, newswire publishing schedule. About You You're an experienced editor with a sharp eye for storytelling and a strong grasp of journalistic standards, and you're equally comfortable evaluating the newsworthiness of a story as you are discussing data methodology or explaining an edit to a client. You move quickly without cutting corners, balancing the pace of a deadline-oriented newswire environment with the judgment needed to protect editorial integrity. You understand that editing brand and nonprofit-submitted content is different from editing traditional newsroom copy: you know how to communicate editorial standards clearly and professionally to clients in a way that respects their goals while optimizing their stories for pickup by newswire publishing partners. You're comfortable digging into the data behind a data-driven story and flagging issues with methodology when something doesn't hold up. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in journalism or a related field, with a history of maintaining high journalistic standards, a keen eye for storytelling, and the ability to discern the newsworthiness and integrity of content from diverse sources. Ability to clearly and professionally communicate editorial standards to clients in a way that addresses client needs and optimizes their stories for earned media pickup by newswire publishing partners. Ability to assess and address issues with the data methodologies in stories submitted by clients for Connect syndication. Ability to prioritize editing of multiple stories and maintain consistent throughput. Nice-to-Haves Demonstrated understanding and experience in content syndication, resyndication, or similar partnerships, including familiarity with the nuances of working with brand partners and nonprofit newsrooms, ensuring content aligns with Stacker's values and standards. Understanding of the coverage strengths, aspirations, and gaps of the local journalism landscape, with an eagerness to help support newsrooms. Experience in personal finance/health/real estate coverage and reviewing/editing data journalism. You'll be joining a company that's serious about impact—and intentional about how we scale it.
