Work Student: CRM Automation & Operations

's-Hertogenbosch, North Brabant, Netherlands

$23.4k-$23.4k / year

Floryn runs on HubSpot. Sales, risk and marketing all work out of it, and it drives our lead follow-up, customer communication and pipeline reporting. As a CRM Automation & Operations work student you keep that system clean and build new flows in it. Map internal processes end to end, then use CRM data to find where they leak or stall. Build new processes in HubSpot from start to finish: email templates and CTAs, embedded forms, automated workflows, and a report that shows whether it worked. You document it and you own it afterwards. Investigate issues by troubleshooting workflows and cross-checking CRM data, then see the fix through to the end. Gather and prioritise CRM issues and enhancement requests from the business. Keep CRM data clean and build the reporting that flags when it isn't. Set up forms, customer surveys and automated emails for leads and customers. You are the first point of contact for CRM questions from the business. You own your own projects, alone or with a project lead. You are not on your own: our CRM specialist, the marketing team and the developers all sit within a few metres of you. An example of a project you could pick up in your first months: rebuilding the follow-up flow for leads that go quiet after their first application, from mapping the current drop-off to shipping the new sequence and reporting on the lift. What we offer What you build goes live. A flow you ship on Tuesday is being used by sales on Wednesday. Get properly good at HubSpot: workflows, the data model, reporting. That is a skill you can sell for the rest of your career. A €2.500 education budget per year, and potentially a permanent role after you graduate. About Floryn Floryn gives Dutch and German SMEs access to working capital in days instead of weeks. We build our own credit models and our own platform, which is why we can say yes or no to a business in a day. We are now just over 70 people in Den Bosch. Our organisation is flat and the lines are short. You will not spend three weeks waiting for approval to change a workflow. We care about long-term solutions over quick workarounds, which means we would rather you document a process properly than ship something that breaks the moment you graduate. Enrolled at a university in the Netherlands Fluent in English Available three days a week for at least nine months. Which days is up to you, as long as they are the same days each week HubSpot experience is a plus, not a requirement. We would rather teach you the tool than teach you how to think You like taking a system apart to work out why it behaves the way it does Precise. In CRM work a wrong filter on one workflow emails the wrong 400 people, and you are the person who catches that before it ships Benefits €1.950 gross per month for 24 hours a week 18 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance, paid out monthly €2.500 education budget per year Pension through ASR with a 6.25% contribution from us, which almost no student job offers Hybrid, though we would like you in the Den Bosch office at least two of your three days. That is where you pick things up fastest Free lunch every day at the office: soups, breads, salads A MacBook Pro and whatever else you need to work properly €25 net internet allowance per month Your pick of an (electric) lease bike, a first class NS Business Card, or €0,23/km plus a parking pass
