CS Enablement Manager
Berlin, Germany
$50k-$100k / year
What is Leapsome? Leapsome is the AI-powered people platform revolutionizing HR for modern teams . Leapsome drives HR excellence and empowers high-performing teams by automating, connecting, and simplifying every HR process across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and performance management to engagement and development. Built with ease of use in mind, our platform ensures high adoption by employees, managers, and People teams alike. Our purpose is to make work fulfilling for everyone , and our vision is to reshape the future of work by being the leading People platform for HR excellence and high-performing teams. We enable companies to create environments where people can achieve their goals, learn and grow together, and build genuine motivation & engagement. Trusted by thousands of organizations globally, Leapsome secured $60 million in Series A funding led by Insight Partners in March 2022. This funding allowed us to further develop our intelligent platform, create exceptional employee experiences, and expand into the US market. It’s an incredibly exciting time to join Leapsome and be part of reshaping the future of work! Your Opportunity Join a high-growth SaaS scale-up and shape how our GTM teams learn, ramp, and perform. As part of the GTM Enablement team, your main focus will be Customer Success and Account Management: the teams responsible for retention and expansion. But enablement at Leapsome is a cross-functional job, so you'll also support Sales and work on initiatives that span the whole GTM org. You'll build enablement the way it should work in 2026, with AI at the core of how knowledge gets created, shared, and put into practice. Please note this opportunity is a 1-year limited contract. Your Responsibilities Develop and run enablement initiatives that make our CS Growth and CS Care teams measurably better at driving renewals and expansion Build the structures (and the AI-assisted workflows behind them) that let the team scale: knowledge management, meeting formats, and initiative alignment across the GTM org Own onboarding for new CS hires and cut ramp time with structured, AI-supported learning paths Get deep into the Leapsome product and coach team members on real client calls, from call prep to feedback afterwards Facilitate regular team workshops and trainings, and make sure learnings show up in day-to-day customer work Maintain and evolve career development guidelines, skill frameworks, and organizational design across all CS levels and functions Own projects that carry the Leapsome culture across GTM teams and locations Manage stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Ops to align on learning priorities, and jump in on Sales enablement where it moves the needle Your Profile You don't need to tick every box. If most of this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. 5+ years in enablement, L&D, CS, Sales, or a mix. What matters is that you've helped commercial teams get better at their jobs A hands-on generalist: as comfortable facilitating a workshop as you are joining a client call, learning the product inside out, and coaching someone on how they ran the conversation You design learning experiences around the people using them, and you communicate clearly at every level Strong end-to-end ownership: you scope, design, execute, and maintain your projects rather than handing them off halfway You work with AI tools daily and enjoy redesigning workflows around them, whether that's agent-supported onboarding or turning customer call insights into training content. Comfort with ops and data is part of that An entrepreneurial mindset: impact-driven, agile, and unfazed when priorities shift Fluent written and verbal English. German is a plus Bonus points for HR tech or HR field experience, a solid grasp of the SaaS CS lifecycle, or account management and sales skills of your own. Benefits Learning and development: Grow your skills with a €2,000 yearly development budget and full access to the Good Habitz platform. Work-from-home stipend: A one-time €1,000 stipend to set up your home workspace. Competitive pay and equity: Competitive salary plus a pre-IPO equity package, so you share in the company's growth. Corporate benefits: Exclusive discounts and deals from our partner network. Vacation: 30 vacation days a year plus public holidays, with the option to upgrade to 40 days at adjusted pay. After 5 years at Leapsome, take a month-long paid sabbatical. Wellness benefits: Stay active with a fully sponsored Urban Sports Club M membership, and support your mental health with an Oliva subscription that includes 1:1 therapy sessions, plus company workshops on mindfulness and digital wellness. Hybrid and flexible work: Spend 2 days a week with the team in our Berlin office, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Impact: Join a fast-growing HR platform trusted by more than 2,000 companies worldwide: you'll help shape how companies run HR and grow their people in one connected system. Culture: A diverse, international team that values open feedback and celebrates wins, big and small. Sponsored lunch: Lunch is on us every Tuesday and Thursday. Work from anywhere: Work from a different location for up to 2 months a year. Monthly team activities: Join Feierabend , a monthly budget to get-together in Berlin — hosted by employees, for employees. This role is based in Berlin and the salary range for this position is dependent on the level in which we recruit this role: Senior: €50,000 - €80,000 + Bonus + Equity . Lead: €80,000 - €100,000 + Bonus + Equity . View our full compensation framework here . Leapsome aims to pay generously and fairly. If the listed range isn’t working for your situation, please tell us early in the process, we’d rather have that conversation than lose a great candidate over a number we may be able to address. If your role or skillset isn’t covered in our compensation framework , it’s likely because we haven’t hired enough in that area yet. We’ll build a data-backed range before we make you an offer, and we’ll share our thinking with you as early as we can. This note is published for transparency. It reflects our compensation philosophy as of June 2026 and describes our general global approach — it is not a contract, offer, or entitlement to any salary, increase, or bonus, and may change at any time. Individual compensation is always governed solely by your written employment agreement and applicable local law. Leapsome’s values We stay true to our values in everything we do at Leapsome. Impact is everything — We aim high, focus on the outcomes that matter and say no to the rest. Speed is our advantage — We move fast with intent — simplifying, automating, and learning as we go. Owners without egos — We trust owners and expect excellence in return. We take responsibility individually, support each other, and win as a team. Candid is kind — We speak up early and respectfully. We assume good intent, stay curious, and care about each other’s growth. Excited to be part of Leapsome? 😊 Just send us your CV. You won't need to input any information already mentioned on your CV later on - promise! 🤙 A cover letter isn’t necessary, but we’d really appreciate a brief answer to these questions: Why Leapsome? Why you? We look forward to getting to know you! You can find more about what our colleagues think about working at Leapsome here 👉 ✨✨✨ Glassdoor ✨✨✨ Kununu ✨✨✨ Don’t meet every single requirement? You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. Help us make work fulfilling for everyone! At Leapsome, we want work to be the best it can be for everyone. We help companies create environments where people can achieve shared goals, build authentic relationships, learn, and grow together. Put simply; our purpose is to make work fulfilling for everyone. Creative & Paid Social Strategist - German-speaking
Berlin, Germany
$80k-$100k / year
What is Leapsome? Leapsome is the AI-powered people platform revolutionizing HR for modern teams . Leapsome drives HR excellence and empowers high-performing teams by automating, connecting, and simplifying every HR process across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and performance management to engagement and development. Built with ease of use in mind, our platform ensures high adoption by employees, managers, and People teams alike. Our purpose is to make work fulfilling for everyone , and our vision is to reshape the future of work by being the leading People platform for HR excellence and high-performing teams. Your Opportunity We're looking for a Creative Strategist to own the creative engine behind our paid social growth. This role is for someone who lives and breathes creative. You'll lead the research, briefing, testing, and iteration that drives performance on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and you'll think about every creative decision in terms of the business outcome it delivers, not just what looks good. You're a rare blend of creative and technical: you have genuine taste, and you can execute. That means writing the hook, briefing the edit, or cutting the ad yourself when speed matters more than process. You'll partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to scale paid social into a channel that's driven by creative insight rather than just campaign setup, and to help define Leapsome's creative voice as we continue scaling globally. What you will do: Creative Strategy & Positioning Develop the positioning, messaging, and creative angles that make HR and People leaders feel understood rather than marketed to. Find the moments, frustrations, goals, and everyday realities that resonate with real HR practitioners. Translate product and platform experiences into concepts that stop the scroll and drive action. Stay close to the customer: watch competitor ads, read comments, study reviews, and let those insights inform every creative decision. Turn performance data and testing results into sharper creative strategy by identifying what's working, what isn't, and what to try next. Creative Production Own creative across static image, video/B-roll, and partnership/UGC ads. Lead concepting, briefing, and sign-off end to end. Write the copy that anchors the work: hooks, scripts, on-screen text, static copy, and end cards across video and static formats. Recut and remix existing ads quickly to generate high-volume creative iterations, and cut/produce ads yourself when speed matters more than process. Run creator operations end to end: sourcing, contracting, and whitelisting for UGC and partnership creators. Build a steady pipeline of high-performing creative across categories, with a clear test-and-learn cycle behind every concept. Paid Social Strategy & Media Buying Independently own and operate paid social accounts day to day across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes campaign builds, audience/targeting setup, budget allocation, bid strategy, and QA. Make media buying and creative decisions through an ROI lens, tying output to cost per conversion, conversion rate, and pipeline impact, not just creative quality. Manage and forecast paid social budgets in partnership with the Performance Marketing team. Collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Design to keep creative aligned with broader campaign strategy. Who are we looking for? 3+ years in a performance marketing or creative strategy role, with hands-on ownership of paid social creative and campaign management. A track record you can point to: you led a creative strategy that drove a measurable lift in conversions or sign-ups and moved cost per conversion in the right direction. Obsessed with the customer. You think about who you're talking to before you think about what you want to say. Hands-on experience editing video (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). Experience running creator operations end-to-end (sourcing, briefing, contracting, whitelisting) is a strong plus. Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Higgsfield, AdCreative.ai , or similar) is a strong plus. Comfort working with performance data (Meta/LinkedIn/YouTube Ads Manager, GA4 or equivalent) to inform creative decisions, not just intuition. Strong project management and communication skills. You can run multiple creative workflows and reviews at once without losing quality control. Quick to pick up new tools: AI creative platforms, editing software, growth analytics. Experience with creative analytics platforms (e.g. Motion) is a plus. Working familiarity with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads). You'll occasionally pitch in on paid search tasks alongside our freelance paid search support. Fresh Food, Happy Dogs. We believe dogs deserve the healthiest, most natural and tastiest meals - with none of the nasties. That’s why we make FRESHly prepared food, cooked just like you would at home and delivered direct to our customers in perfect portions. As a B-Corp certified company, you’re joining a sustainable business that genuinely cares about our people, our products and our impact on the planet. Our goal is simple: to help dogs live healthier, happier, and longer lives, while leaving humans smiling after every interaction. We’ve come a long way since our co-founders (Kev & Dave), hand delivered the very first Butternut Box. Today, we feed hundreds of thousands of hungry dogs across the UK and Europe - but we won’t stop until we’re feeding dogs everywhere. To get there, we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition to come and work for us. 🐾 The job: Please note that this role will close on: 4th of September This role sits within the Product Development team, reporting to the Product Development Director. You’ll own our Additional Products category end-to-end, spotting opportunities, shaping concepts, delivering launches, and deciding what stays, grows, or goes. You’ll also own product lines across wellness, gifting, food and non-food, combining the customer rigour of an innovator with the execution focus of an NPD lead, always raising the bar on how and what we deliver while staying true to the customer and ensuring every product has a clear reason to exist. ⏳ The nitty-gritty: It’s a 15-month maternity cover , with genuine potential to stay with us beyond the placement if you’re successful in the role and interested in moving into another role at a relevant level within the team or wider squad. A bit about the team you’ll be joining: We’re a hybrid squad working across the UK, owning the product pipelines for both Butternut Box and Marro. We’re the foundation of what the business builds: great food, strong nutrition and products that genuinely improve pets’ health. We own what the physical product looks like and how it delivers real benefits for dogs and cats. We’re deliberately lean and close-knit, so everyone gets stuck in, has real ownership and plenty of opportunity to develop and progress. What brings us together is a deep belief in our products, our category and the power of fresh food to improve pets’ lives. A bit about the work you’ll deliver: Strategy & Ownership You'll own and help shape the long-term roadmap for additional products and gifting across both brands. This means you will: Actively influence the pipeline to decide where we go next, prioritising what we work on now, next, and later. Bring new ideas and opportunities to the business from market, customer, and competitor research Identify new opportunities, manage reformulations, and make the call on products that no longer pull their weight. Work with third-party partners to identify, develop, and deliver fresh opportunities across the category. Product Development, concept to launch You'll oversee the end-to-end development of innovative additional products and gifting ranges, from initial concept right through to launch. You will: Cover both food and non-food items, keeping every range true to its brief with a clear, justified reason to exist. Create compelling, customer-led briefs grounded in real insights, and act as the customer champion to ensure the original opportunity doesn't get watered down. Help build recipes, plan and manage trials, and handle pre-production activities. Lead product launches, support customer-facing teams on go-to-market, and run honest post-launch reviews. Develop and maintain product briefs, specifications, and supporting documentation to an exceptionally high standard. Collaborate with the Projects team to help us strengthen our ways of working, always pushing on faster, better and bigger pipelines. Team & Stakeholder Management You will manage the additional products team to deliver agreed roadmaps on time and in full. This involves: Bringing on your one direct report and continuously raising the bar on the quality of inputs and outputs. Collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across Senior Leadership, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, CRM, and Brand. Working closely with our external partners. Commercial & Compliance A big part of this role is balancing product quality with commercial viability. You will: Collaborate with the brand, data, commercial, and ops teams to determine selling prices, forecasts, positioning and branding, and to understand where capital investment is needed. Support Procurement and commercial teams with cost analysis and margin delivery. Ensure all products comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal standards, including claim substantiation. Lead the charge in resolving compliance issues or product complaints with third parties as they arise. 👀 What we're looking for: Experience. 8+ years in proposition, product development or innovation, ideally in food, FMCG or consumer products, or equivalent depth of experience. Experience across food and non-food ranges is a plus, as is exposure to the pet category. A relevant degree (e.g. food science, animal science, nutrition, product development or business) or equivalent hands-on experience. Food safety, nutrition or product development qualifications are welcome but not required. A brand and proposition instinct. You get what makes a brand special and know how to translate that into products people want. You care deeply about the quality and integrity of what you put into the world, and won’t compromise on a product’s reason to exist just to hit a number. A customer champion. You put the customer at the heart of your decisions and believe doing the right thing for them builds long-term value. You’re comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative insight to understand what they need and why. An end-to-end deliverer. You have a track record of taking products from idea to launch, ideally working with third-party partners and physical products. Commercially minded. You’re comfortable making the trade-offs between cost, quality and customer value, with a sharp eye for what makes a product worth building. A driver of excellence. You’re ambitious, results-driven and always looking for ways to make things better. Good enough isn’t really your thing. A natural plate-spinner. You’re energetic, organised and good with people, able to keep multiple moving parts on track without losing momentum. A collaborative influencer. You build strong relationships, bring people with you and can influence effectively across teams and seniority levels. A people developer. You genuinely enjoy helping others grow and bringing your team with you, with experience managing or mentoring at least one person. An agile decision-maker. You’re comfortable moving quickly, figuring things out as you go and making decisions with imperfect information. You’re curious, quick to close knowledge gaps and willing to back yourself. True conviction. You care deeply about the category and believe in what we’re building and that it can make a difference to the lives of pets and their owners. ⏳ The interview process: Initial call with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, carried out remotely. Skills interview, for 90 minutes, in person. This stage will include an in interview task. Behaviours interview, for 60 minutes carried out remotely.. Leadership interview, for 45 minutes in person. We spend 3 days a week in our office in the locations mentioned above and 2 days working from wherever you’re most productive. Because being together is a big part of our culture, we’re looking for someone within a comfortable commutable distance to London. We’re a small (but mighty!) recruitment team. We aim to respond to everyone personally, but if we’re flooded with brilliant applications, we may need to close the role early. We appreciate your patience while we review applications. We celebrate different nationalities, backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. We are specifically committed to increasing representation from underrepresented groups. Senior Data Science Manager, Central Data Products
Berlin, Germany
Change the way the world travels Join the GetYourGuide journey to connect people with unforgettable travel experiences around the world. Millions look to us for unique activities they can trust, and it’s all powered by our commitment to make every single journey extraordinary - including yours. Ready to unlock your potential with a community of fellow explorers? Find your next role at our Berlin HQ or one of our local offices around the globe, from New York to Bangkok. Head to getyourguide.careers to take the first step. Team mission At the Central Data Products team, our mission is to build, operate, and drive adoption of horizontal data products that empower multiple clusters across GetYourGuide. We are a horizontal team within central services, and our products are pivotal to the entire flywheel: Consumer, Growth, and Supply. We own the systems that decide how our marketplace is understood and organized: location and travel category tagging that powers landing pages, the landing page eligibility framework that unlocks marketing efficiency at scale, destination maps and travel-relevance models that steer supply acquisition into untapped markets, and the Customer Lifetime Value model that shifts the company from short-term revenue optimization to long-term customer value. Many of these systems are LLM-based and running in production today. As the Senior Data Science Manager of Central Data Products, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a portfolio of data and ML products used across the company. Your team is senior and cross-functional (Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, and a Product Manager), and its output is measured in company-level business impact, not in models shipped. Your mission Lead all hiring and performance management processes for your team, helping Data Scientists and MLOps Engineers reach their full potential in a domain that mixes classical ML, LLMs, and production data infrastructure. Drive high-impact outcomes by managing the team's roadmap and portfolio allocation across a diverse set of horizontal data products, making explicit trade-offs between exploration, productionalization, and ongoing operations. Find and deliver solutions to complex technical challenges that span multiple services and business domains, from marketplace tagging quality to predictive customer models. Own adoption, not just delivery. Horizontal data products only create value when clusters build on them, so you will drive operationalization together with Growth, Supply, and Consumer stakeholders. Raise the operational bar for data products in production: quality baselines, LLM-as-judge and golden dataset monitoring, incident management, and reliable at-scale pipelines. Build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, aligning ownership of shared systems from day one. Your toolkit You have a strong sense of ownership, ensuring technical and product plans are aligned with your stakeholders, your team, and organizational and company goals. You approach ambiguous, broadly scoped problems with an open mind and a bias toward a directional first version over extended discovery. You bring a strong technical background in machine learning and engineering, enabling you to evaluate decisions on modeling approaches, data architecture, evaluation methods, and production pipelines. You actively lead and contribute to technical, design, and product discussions within your team's domain, balancing exploration speed with production reliability. You are passionate about building and developing a high-performing team: mentoring, coaching, and empowering senior individual contributors to do the best work of their careers. You translate technical results into business decisions and can hold your own with commercial stakeholders on impact, trade-offs, and prioritization. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Extras that give you an edge Experience leading teams that own horizontal or platform-like data products serving multiple internal customers, where adoption is as hard as the build. Experience running ML or data products in production, including quality monitoring, evaluation systems, and incident management. Experience applying LLMs to large-scale classification, extraction, or tagging problems, and knowing when a classical model is the better answer. Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or travel domains. Experience in a high-growth environment, taking projects from zero to one and scaling them across an organization. How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with team members through quarterly team events and yearly company-wide events Monthly transportation and fitness budget Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities Language reimbursement program Health and wellness benefits And more… How to apply Submit your CV/resume in English using the form below. Ready to unlock your potential with a community of fellow explorers? Find your next role at our Berlin HQ or one of our local offices around the globe, from New York to Bangkok. Head to getyourguide.careers to take the first step. As Learning Excellence Manager, you will report to the Senior Manager, Care: Knowledge, Process, Quality & Learning, and lead a team of five Learning Specialists. This is a full-time role based in our Berlin office. Team mission You'll join the Process Improvement, Quality Assurance and Learning Excellence team within Care, the group that defines how GetYourGuide serves customers, suppliers and partners across both human and AI-supported service channels. The Learning Excellence team owns how knowledge becomes capability: setting learning standards across our in-house teams and BPO partners, and ensuring service quality holds as the operation evolves. Care is in the middle of a genuine transformation. As AI absorbs more routine contact handling, the work left for people becomes more complex, and how we segment, prioritise and deliver learning has to change with it. This role exists to lead that evolution, not to maintain the current model. You'll own the strategic direction of learning for Care. That means stepping back from individual training requests and asking the bigger questions: what does our demand actually look like, how should learning be segmented across audiences and skill levels, and how do we structure delivery effectively across a distributed footprint of BPO partners and an in-house team? Your mission Define and own the learning strategy for Care, covering segmentation of learning demand, prioritisation, and the delivery model across in-house and BPO teams Lead, coach and develop a team of five Learning Specialists, setting direction and standards for how the team plans and delivers work Build, report and maintain the data foundation for learning: use training and operational KPIs (CSAT, QA scores, time-to-proficiency, error rates) to diagnose capability gaps, target investment, and prove impact Partner with Quality Assurance and Knowledge & Process to close the loop between quality insight, process change and learning design Own the learning relationship with our BPO partners: set standards, audit delivery, and drive consistent capability across sites Reshape learning for an AI-supported operation, redesigning what agents need to learn and how as automation changes the mix of human-handled work Bring an AI and data mindset to your own work, using AI tools to analyse, build and iterate faster Your toolkit 5+ years in learning & development or operational capability roles, with demonstrable ownership of learning strategy, not only delivery Experience leading a team of learning or training professionals A strong data orientation: comfortable defining KPIs, interpreting operational data, and making the case for learning investment in numbers Experience working with or managing BPO / outsourced operations Ability to think in systems (audience segmentation, capability frameworks, delivery models), not just courses Comfort using AI tools day-to-day, and genuine curiosity about how AI reshapes both service operations and learning itself Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to influence senior operational leaders and external partners Fluent English Extras that give you an edge Experience in a customer service, marketplace or high-volume operations environment Instructional design or LMS/e-learning background (useful context, not the core of the role) Experience leading learning through an automation or major operating-model transition How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time. Technical Founder's Associate
Berlin, Germany · Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany
✨ $75k-$95k / yearest.
sensmore is a Berlin/Potsdam-based robotics startup delivering production-proven automation for industries where the world’s raw materials are extracted, moved, and processed. Its automation system transforms heavy machines into intelligent, automated robots powered by Physical AI and vertically integrates them into the full production environment: from the machine and safety infrastructure to network infrastructure, site processes, and operational interfaces. Co-developed with customers, sensmore is backed by Point Nine Capital, leading industry investors, the State of Brandenburg, and the European Union. Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Founder's Associate to work directly with our two founders in Berlin. This role suits someone with a technical background who has already run complex projects to a deadline in a genuinely demanding environment - ideally 1–3 years at a top-tier strategy consultancy in Germany (Bain, McKinsey, BCG or similar), where managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and shifting priorities at once was the daily standard. The core of the job is scoping and managing complex projects and keeping internal and external alignment in check, working side by side with both founders. You should be technical enough to earn credibility with our engineering team. Key Responsibilities: Scope and run high-priority projects end to end on behalf of the founders (defining the plan, driving delivery, and reporting on progress) across customer pilots, field deployments, internal tooling, and process automation. Keep internal and external alignment in check: make sure engineering, commercial, and operations are working to the same plan, and that customers, partners, and suppliers know where things stand. Hold several complex workstreams in parallel, with the structure, pace, and stakeholder management expected in a consulting environment, and keep them all moving when priorities change mid-week. Prepare material for investors, grant programmes, and customers, and work closely with both founders on whatever is most critical that week. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field. 1–3 years of project management experience in a high-demand, delivery-focused environment: top-tier management consulting in the German market strongly preferred. You should be able to point to specific projects you scoped and owned, the stakeholders you managed, and the deadlines you hit. Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into a plan and deliver against it under time pressure, without a project manager above you. Business-fluent German (native or near-native preferred) and an interest in customers in mining, construction, or heavy industry. Able to ship working software with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor – scripts, prototypes, and automations – with enough Python and SQL to review, debug, and trust what comes out. Valid category B driving licence, and the willingness to drive to customer sites, transport equipment, and move machines and hardware. Based in Berlin (or willing to relocate), happy to work on-site, and comfortable spending time in a workshop and around heavy machinery in operation. Preferred Skills: Experience managing projects with German industrial, mining, or construction clients. Exposure to robotics, autonomous systems, machine learning, or industrial hardware. A track record of building something yourself outside a structured employer What We Offer: Build physical AI for the world's largest off-highway machinery – making them intelligent, safe, and ready for every tough task Join the pioneer in intelligent robotics backed by Point Nine & other Tier 1 investors Combine cutting-edge robotics research in end-to-end learning & Vision Language Action Model with real-world heavy mobile equipment Tailor your own career path, whether you like to become technical specialist or technical team lead Experience a great team culture, beverages, and an amazing office environment Benefits: Attractive compensation package and stock options. Beverages on-site and regular social events. Engage with top-tier researchers, engineers, and thought leaders. Influence the future of robotic technologies and tackle significant technological challenges. Assistance with relocation to Berlin. About Us: Heavy machinery, light years ahead. sensmore automates the world's largest machines with unprecedented intelligence. Our proprietary Physical AI enables heavy machines such as wheel loaders to instantly adapt to dynamic environments and execute new tasks without prior training. We integrate cutting-edge robotics into a platform powering intelligence and automation products - transforming productivity and safety for customers in mining, construction, and adjacent industries today. We are proudly backed by Point Nine and other Tier 1 investors.
