Frontera is reimagining how children with autism and other behavioral health needs get the care they deserve. We bring together world-class clinicians, technologists, and autism specialists to build cutting-edge AI tools that help care teams work smarter and spend more time with the children and families who need them most. Our platform is HIPAA-compliant and designed for the real-world needs of behavioral health teams - from psychologists to ABA therapists. By combining evidence-based care with powerful technology, we’re expanding access to high-quality services for families everywhere. Our Mission Frontera exists to close the care gap: every child, no matter where they live, should be able to access effective behavioral healthcare. Role Overview We're looking for a Demand Generation Lead to own execution for the demand generation engine that builds pipeline across our technology solutions for ABA clinics. You'll run multi-channel campaigns, own our event marketing program end to end, and lead co-marketing with technology and channel partners — all while carrying a real pipeline number. This is a builder's seat on a small team: you'll design the process as you go, not inherit one. What You'll Own Demand generation programs: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline from ABA clinic operators, clinical directors, and clinicians themselves. Channels will include paid, email, content syndication, ABM, and web. Event marketing: Run promotion for every conference we sponsor or exhibit at. From pre-show audience building, booth traffic, on-site activation support, and post-event follow-up sequences that actually convert. You’ll measure event ROI and decide which events we partner in again. Partner marketing : Lead all co-marketing with our technology and channel partners. Joint campaigns, co-branded content, webinars, and shared pipeline motions. You work directly with partner enablement to activate this channel. Pipeline accountability : You carry a marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline target. Qualifications 6+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, including time in a high-growth environment Track record owning a pipeline number, not just program delivery Hands-on with HubSpot, paid social, and campaign reporting Direct experience running field and event marketing programs end to end Partner or channel co-marketing experience Comfortable with ambiguity on a small team where you build the process as you go Healthcare, health tech, or multi-site provider experience is a strong plus We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full-time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and 4 weeks of PTO per year. Senior Product Manager, Revenue Operations
Denver, Colorado, United States
$128k-$153k / year
Ibotta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Revenue Operations team to help build the systems that let us quote, bill, invoice, and track revenue across the Ibotta Performance Network. As we scale, the systems and data that power how we operate the business have not kept pace: revenue reporting relies on manual processes, spreadsheets sit where system-of-record data should be, and no single data layer connects account engagement to spend, revenue, and expansion. We're hiring an operations-minded Product Manager to own the revenue tracking & data roadmap end to end, and the day-to-day product operations of our revenue systems, including Salesforce CPQ. This is a high-leverage, execution-heavy role: the backlog is scoped and scored with our Revenue Strategy & Operations partners, and it needs a dedicated owner to sequence it, drive decisions, and deliver. You'll work across Salesforce, the data warehouse, and financial systems, and partner daily with RevOps, Finance, Data Engineering, and Sales Leadership. We're looking for a seasoned analytics leader to serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership and the broader executive team, turning complex, ambiguous data into the insight that drives revenue decisions. In this role, you'll own the Sales analytics function end-to-end — architecting the dashboard and data ecosystem, building the quota and forecasting models the business runs on, and setting the standards other analysts follow. You'll operate with significant autonomy, work directly with VP- and C-level stakeholders, and be trusted to define what "the right metric" even is when the business question is still fuzzy. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who pairs deep technical fluency with sharp business judgment and the gravitas to influence senior decision-makers. How You'll Contribute: Act as the primary analytics partner to Sales leadership and senior executives — proactively defining key metrics, surfacing strategic insights, and shaping decisions on quota, territory, headcount, and pipeline strategy Independently translate ambiguous, open-ended business questions into structured analyses; identify the right question to ask when leadership hasn't fully defined it themselves Own the architecture, roadmap, and governance of Sales dashboards and reporting infrastructure — not just maintenance, but decisions on what gets built, deprecated, or redesigned as the business scales Design and continuously refine sales performance and quota models, incorporating historical trends, pipeline data, seasonality, and rep-level variance to drive quota setting, attainment tracking, and revenue forecasting at the leadership and board level Build and evolve forecasting methodology, bringing statistical rigor (trend analysis, cohort analysis, scenario/sensitivity modeling) to what has historically been a more manual or gut-driven process Set reporting standards and analytic best practices across the Sales analytics function; review and improve the work of other analysts, and mentor junior team members on technique, tooling, and stakeholder management Proactively identify risks, anomalies, and opportunities in the data — surfacing them to leadership before they're asked for, not just answering the questions in front of you Serve as the escalation point and liaison across Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, and Finance to resolve data discrepancies, align on definitions, and ensure a single source of truth across systems Lead or significantly contribute to cross-functional data cleansing and data quality initiatives, including diagnosing root causes upstream in the CRM and data pipeline Represent analytics in planning cycles (annual quota setting, territory design, comp plan discussions), advising on trade-offs with data-backed recommendations What You'll Bring to Xometry: 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related analytics function, with a strong focus on sales analytics, forecasting, or GTM strategy Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, query optimization) and hands-on expertise in Looker and LookML, including data modeling and semantic layer design (not Looker Studio) Advanced Excel/Sheets skills for modeling — able to build and audit complex, multi-scenario financial and quota models from scratch Deep familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a strong working knowledge of how sales data flows, breaks, and gets misreported across systems Demonstrated track record of advising and influencing senior (VP/C-level) stakeholders using data — including pushing back constructively when the data tells a different story than leadership expects Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills; able to distill complex, multi-variable analysis into a clear narrative and recommendation for non-technical audiences Strong statistical literacy — trend analysis, forecasting methods, and cohort analysis — with the judgment to know which technique fits which business question Proven ability to independently source, assess, and prioritize data and competing asks in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with shifting requirements Experience owning an analytics roadmap or reporting infrastructure end-to-end, including making build-vs-deprecate decisions Experience reviewing or mentoring the work of other analysts Nice to Have: Experience with dbt or a similar data transformation/modeling tool Working knowledge of Python or R for statistical modeling beyond what Excel/SQL can support Direct experience with sales quota design or compensation plan design Experience presenting directly to executive leadership or a board Experience partnering with Finance on revenue forecasting or annual planning cycles Prior experience managing or dotted-line mentoring junior analysts The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $100,000- $120,000 annually + annual bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location. Director of Local Marketing
Denver, Colorado, United States
$160k-$170k / year
Are you a strategic builder who loves turning local insights into national momentum? TurboTenant is looking for a Director of Local Marketing to architect, own, and scale our go-to-market local playbook from a handful of key regions into a powerhouse national footprint. This isn’t just about buying billboards or managing budgets; it’s about taking complete ownership of how TurboTenant shows up in physical and digital communities across the country. In this role, you’ll serve as the decision-maker for our local growth strategy, balancing out-of-home media, local SEO, community partnerships, and demand generation. You will partner fluidly across Product Marketing, Sales, Performance, and Escalations to build repeatable systems that accelerate market profitability and solidify TurboTenant as the premier property management platform in every neighborhood we touch. Key Responsibilities: ROI-Driven Market Strategy: Every market you invest in hits its profitability targets faster because you've prioritized capital based on unit economics, sales capacity, and vendor supply — and you pull budget out of underperforming markets before it becomes a drag on the portfolio. Out-of-Home & Local Media: Local media spend consistently converts into pipeline, and every new market launches on a proven channel mix playbook instead of starting from scratch — cutting the time and guesswork it takes to find what works in a new region. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Local lead sources are tuned to sales outcomes, not just volume — bid strategies shift in response to real conversion data, so spend keeps flowing toward the sources that actually close. Local SEO & Reputation Mastery: TurboTenant shows up first in local search across your markets, and customer sentiment trends positive — you and Escalations have turned review management into a growth lever instead of a defense. Community & Strategic Partnerships: Local sponsorships, events, and partnerships consistently build credibility with DIY landlords and property managers, because you've set clear deal criteria that keep every partnership tied to measurable brand or pipeline impact. Operational Precision: Every market goes live on day one fully compliant and fully operational — signage, PO boxes, and logistics are never the reason a launch slips. AI-Driven Market Expansion: As a result of AI tooling to inform market evaluation and planning, each launch gets faster and more effective. Tooling is shared, and team members are trained to make an impact on the entire org outside of just Local Marketing. Team Leadership & Scale: Your local marketing team scales ahead of the business's expansion plans, staffed with people who operate with urgency and an owner's mindset — and the team gets stronger, not thinner, as it grows. Qualifications: Required: 6+ years of marketing experience, including significant experience owning go-to-market strategy end-to-end 3+ years of experience setting strategy for local or out-of-home marketing (billboards, print, radio, or similar channels), not just executing within it 3+ years of experience managing budgets, with the ability to use operating costs and unit economics (CAC, LTV) to guide market-level investment decisions Experience hiring, coaching, and managing a team, with a track record of building high-performing teams Comfortable managing multiple vendor relationships and coordinating operational logistics, with strong reporting and data skills to track and communicate performance to leadership Strongly preferred: 3+ years of experience partnering with or directly informing SEO strategy 3+ years of experience managing paid lead sources, bids, or performance-based marketing spend 2+ years of experience setting partnership, sponsorship, or event strategy — including defining deal criteria and investment levels Experience in the service industry, including working closely with call centers or sales teams to align marketing lead quality with conversion and revenue outcomes Nice-to-have: Experience with brand reputation, review management, or customer escalations Negotiation experience Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, local SEO tools, and other data reporting platforms Location & Connection: Our Marketing team is based in Denver, Colorado. We believe face-to-face connection is vital to our culture, so this is a hybrid role. We’ll look forward to seeing you in person at least once a week on Wednesdays (and more often if you’d like!). About Us: At TurboTenant, we simplify the complex and intimidating process of managing your own rental property. And we do it through an elegant software platform for small, “do-it-yourself” landlords and their tenants. But don’t take our word for it— Read reviews from some of our 1 million landlords! Our Be Better Culture: At TurboTenant, we live by the Be Better mantra. Our high-performance culture makes us relentless in our efforts to Be Better at serving our landlords and renters, and in unlocking the potential in one another. What does our Be Better culture mean to you? You’ll be in an environment that pushes you to reach your potential. You’ll make a massive impact on our landlords, renters, company, and the proptech industry. You’ll be on the highest performing team of your career. We're Proud to Offer: Competitive compensation package 22 days of PTO during the first year, increasing with tenure Annual bonus based on company performance Equity – an owner’s mindset is a big part of being a member of the TurboTeam Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans – with multiple plans covered at 100% 9 paid holidays per year + a paid day off for your birthday 401k Matching Annual bike tune-up reimbursement Compensation: $160,000 - $170,000 + equity. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience. Salary Range$160,000—$170,000 USD Additional Information TurboTenant is proud to serve a diverse group of landlords and renters.
