Staff Software Engineer, Data and Partner Platform
New York, New York, United States
About the Opportunity We are looking for a full-stack Staff Software Engineer to join our Data and Partner Platform team (DAP) and help shape the future of energy technology. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of deep technical craft and broad organizational impact - driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and building systems that are reliable, scalable, and grounded in the realities of the energy industry. You will be a key technical voice across engineering and a trusted partner to product, operations, and business teams alike. The Data and Partner Platform team manages partner integrations, data translation, and our Snowflake account. We work closely with most teams across the organization and drive critical platform engineering that runs core business functionality. The team is driven, diverse, and wildly talented. We are driving foundational improvements that improve our agility and speed while maintaining legacy systems. Main Responsibilities Technical leadership and vision Champion long-term excellence by envisioning ideal approaches to complex processes and translating the vision into well-scoped, measurable initiatives that can be prioritized alongside business goals. Coordinate across engineering teams to align on technical direction, standards, and best practices. Develop deep domain expertise in utility programs, demand responses, DER lifecycles, wholesale energy markets, and the regulatory realities that shape them, so every technical decision is grounded in how the energy industry actually operates. Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to strike the right balance between business-driven and team-driven priorities, maximizing both velocity and reliability. Build the absolutely coolest stuff of your career and give yourself something to be deeply proud of. Systems design and data engineering Architect and implement scalable systems for ingesting, processing, observing, and maintaining billions of data points, with performance, accuracy, security, and compliance considered across the full lifecycle. Lead schema design and data flow architecture through a collaborative and inclusive process. Design and build integrations with partner and third party APIs, including OEMs, utility, and data partners, as well as file-driven pipelines (CSV/SFTP/Airflow) that support them. Build and maintain microservices and APIs that other teams confidently depend on, using contract-driven development practices. Operational excellence and incident response Drive investigations end to end, from initial alert through root cause analysis to resolution, with the composure to lead under pressure and the rigor to prevent recurrence. Build operational scripts, runbooks, and detection tooling that transform one-time triage into repeatable capability for the team. Pursue root causes beyond their symptoms, never accepting "it's working now” without a clear understanding of why it failed and what prevents it from happening again. Monitor cloud costs across the team’s toolset to maintain efficiency and justify expenditure. Cross functional collaboration and mentorship Build and maintain strong relationships with partner teams across engineering, partner solutions, and business development, leveraging trust to solve cross-team problems no single group could address alone. Mentor and develop engineers across the team and broader organization while remaining open to learning from their experiences and perspectives. Manage access and roles across the stack to deliver predictable, compliant experiences that meet privacy and security requirements. Contribute to product quality by building new features, improving existing ones, and retiring deprecated functionality. Key Skills & Experience Engineering craft 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated staff-level responsibilities or equivalent scope Proven full-stack engineering background with experience scaling distributed systems and designing solidly-architected microservices Strong proficiency with gRPC/protobuf, RESTful APIs, and contract driven development across multi-repository service meshes. Clear understanding of the distinction between OLAP and OLTP relational databases, with hands-on experience planning and implementing high-performance data processes using both. Demonstrated experience integrating complex partner and third party APIs as well as building and maintaining file-driven data pipelines. Rigor in UI implementation end-to-end data privacy and security Engineering instincts Relentless drive for quality and performance, with strong testing discipline spanning unit, integration, TDD, and end to end approaches. Proactive approach to observability. You ensure the right context surfaces in exceptions and logs to enable rapid and accurate troubleshooting. Strong data-integrity instincts and incident-response composure, with the ability to lead high-severity, multi-system investigations from first alert to final root cause. Experience in support-adjacent roles including on-call rotations, triage, or customer facing resolution that has provided you empathy for how systems fail and how users get stuck. Thoughtful, judicious use of AI/LLM tooling to improve efficiency without over-reliance. Communication and presence Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You have a talent for producing clear, concise design documents, data model references, and runbooks that become team-standard reference material. Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while providing technical vision and guiding the team toward scalable, well-considered solutions. Collaborative, warm, and generous with colleagues, with a genuine investment in helping others succeed. Nice to haves Prior experience in the energy industry, including familiarity with utility programs, demand response, DER management, or wholesale energy markets. Experience working in regulated industries with compliance and data privacy requirements. Background in building internal developer tooling, platform capabilities, or shared infrastructure that improves team-wide productivity. Senior Software Engineer, Programs
New York, New York, United States
The Program Engineering Team owns a core part of our platform: how customer programs are configured and maintained across a growing set of product offerings. You will help evolve a critical system that sits at the intersection of product, platform engineering, and operations. This is an opportunity to join an energized team bringing clarity to complex domains, building systems that scale as the business grows, modernizing the user experience, and having a positive impact on our climate future. As a senior engineer, you would support our mission by developing high-quality solutions across the stack — bringing structure to our data, standing up new services and tooling, and building client-facing capabilities on top of them. Main Responsibilities Own the design of an authoritative source of truth for program configuration, and lead the migration path to get there. Lead schema design and data flow architecture through a collaborative and inclusive process. Build and maintain microservices and APIs that other teams confidently depend on, using contract-driven development practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, internal engineering teams, and other stakeholders to contribute to high-impact projects. Key Skills and Experience 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with proven success at senior-level responsibilities. Senior-level experience with the Java + Spring ecosystem Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and contract-driven development. Strong experience in testing methodologies, and full SDLC best practices Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and working on challenging technical problems. Ability to operate autonomously, providing technical vision and guiding the team toward scalable solutions. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience contributing to a real data migration — consolidating conflicting data from multiple sources into a single source of truth and cutting over without breaking downstream consumers. Experience with Domain-Driven Design and decomposing monolithic systems into services with clear ownership boundaries. Experience with multiple data stores, both relational and NoSQL (We use MongoDB, Postgres, and Snowflake, among others). Experience with protocol buffers and gRPC communications. Experience with frontend development (Typescript + React), or a willingness to learn it. Experience working on highly configurable software products a plus. Familiarity with the energy, DER, or virtual power plant domain a plus (learnable on the job). Director, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
New York, New York, United States · London, England, United Kingdom
✨ $140k-$175k / yearest.
About the Role: We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing to own our CRM program, every email, push, and SMS we send to millions of theatre and event-goers, and to lead the team that runs it. CRM is how we turn interest into action across a customer's life with us: getting new customers to their first show, keeping our best customers coming back, and winning back the ones who've drifted. You'll own that messaging end to end and be the person the company trusts on anything CRM. Our CRM already drives a large share of our business. Now we want to make it one of the smartest, most automated programs out there. We're building toward a Next Best Action model where automation and AI decide the right message, moment, and channel for each customer, at scale. We want someone genuinely energized by that: who sees automation and AI as the core of how a modern CRM program runs, and who will keep pushing what's possible, including piloting new channels and surfaces, like WhatsApp. This is a role for someone who thrives on full end-to-end ownership. You'll set the strategy, bring the ideas, and run the program without waiting to be told what to do. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are energized by data, automation, and building programs that scale, we'd love to hear from you. Please note: This is a full-time role and qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City or London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. What Success Looks Like: Repeat purchase and retention climb among addressable customers. More new customers make a first and second purchase, and make it sooner, as onboarding messaging turns a trial into a habit. Revenue from CRM channels grows as a share of total and is trusted as incremental, not just attributed. A Next Best Action model is live and increasingly automated. The model is choosing the right message, moment, and channel for messages. You've become the company's clear owner of CRM: leadership sets the goals, and the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day calls are yours. What You'll Do: Own the CRM program end to end - set the strategy and roadmap for every email, push, and SMS, generate the ideas that move it forward, and be the person the company trusts to make the call. Make AI and automation core - push the program from batch campaigns to an automated, AI-driven Next Best Action model that picks the right message, moment, and channel for each customer. Lead full-lifecycle messaging - from user onboarding through repeat, winback, and loyalty, with repeat purchase as the core goal. Explore new channels and surfaces - pilot opportunities like WhatsApp and in-app messaging in partnership with product, and scale the ones that work. Lead and develop the team - coach the CRM team, prioritize sharply, and raise the bar on both execution and analysis. Make CRM provably incremental - establish holdout testing and reporting so the program’s revenue impact is measurable. Partner closely with product and data - work hand in glove to connect CRM messaging with the wider customer experience. Note: This list represents the highest-priority focus areas for this role. Responsibilities will naturally evolve as the business grows and shifts - candidates should expect the scope to develop over time. We're Looking For Someone With: 8+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or messaging marketing, including experience leading and developing a team. A track record of driving repeat purchase, retention, and LTV ideally at a marketplace or other high-frequency consumer business. Proven experience moving a program beyond batch-and-blast to triggered, automated, decisioned messaging and the appetite to push further with AI. Hands-on depth with a modern CRM/messaging platform (we use Iterable) and strong customer segmentation. An enthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to innovate our CRM strategies and enhance both team and individual productivity. Strong analytical rigor. Comfortable defining success metrics, using modern analytics tools, running experiments and tests, and judging true incremental impact A full-ownership mindset. You set the agenda rather than wait for direction, and you’ve run a program where the strategy was yours to define, not just deliver. Bonus: A genuine interest in theatre, live events, and the performing arts or experience in an environment with constantly evolving inventory, where what customers can buy is always changing. Good To Know: TodayTix Group takes care of our team. We’re proud to offer a generous suite of benefits. Here are some of our favourites: -Hybrid work environment (blend of in-office and at-home days) -Up to 4 weeks per year of flexible 'work from anywhere' -Generous pension match -Access to a bespoke Pension scheme -Complimentary tickets to shows and events -Employee Assistance Programme -Access to a corporate rate Vitality PMI plan -Healthcare cash plan -Season Ticket loans -Birthday off -Three months of fully paid Parental Leave -Employee Charity Donation Matching -Annual Professional Development Budget -Cycle to work scheme -Employee Referral Bonus TodayTix Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusion. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital or veteran status, pregnancy, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. We are also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees based on their religious practices, mental health, or physical needs. About the Role: SecurityScorecard is looking for a Director of Alliances to own execution across our highest-priority partner motions: OEM data licensing and GSI solution partnerships. This is a quota-carrying ecosystem revenue role, not a channel-marketing or relationship-management function — you drive deals, not just manage accounts. This role is scoped deliberately narrow: rather than owning an open-ended, four-bucket alliances mandate, you'll execute against a defined roadmap and a small number of active plays already in motion, with clear pipeline and revenue targets attached to each. You'll partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Sales to activate integrations, negotiate licensing terms, and convert partner relationships into partner-sourced ARR. What You'll Own OEM Data Licensing Manage and grow existing OEM data/API licensing relationships (e.g., embedded datasets, ratings, field-enrichment products) Execute commercial renewals and expansions; support new deal negotiation with Legal and Finance Identify and validate new OEM use cases against the active roadmap GSI Partnerships Run the active GSI relationships (e.g., EY, Deloitte) against the agreed playbook — practice enablement, joint offer definition, and pipeline tracking Drive partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell motions tied to MAX/SCDR Flag and escalate gaps between partner capacity and deal flow rather than absorbing them silently Revenue Ownership & Reporting Own a partner-sourced/influenced quota tied to the active buckets above Run partner QBRs, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene Deliver monthly reporting on partner-sourced revenue, pipeline coverage, and program-tier status to alliances/sales leadership Who You Are An execution-oriented alliances professional, not a strategy-first builder — you take a defined roadmap and run it hard Direct experience with OEM/data licensing motions — you've negotiated or managed embedded data/API commercial agreements Working knowledge of the cybersecurity ISV landscape (CrowdStrike, Wiz, Okta, ServiceNow, Tanium, Snowflake, Snyk, etc.) Hands-on AWS co-sell and Marketplace experience Comfortable operating with limited engineering support and pushing partners to self-serve on integration work Strong forecasting and pipeline discipline; comfortable being held to a number Required Qualifications: 5–8 years in strategic alliances, technology partnerships, or partner sales within enterprise SaaS Cybersecurity domain familiarity — security operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability/risk management, and how security teams buy Track record managing GSI, AWS, or OEM partner relationships against quota Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Product, Architecture, Sales, Legal) Bachelor's degree required Benefits: Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more! The estimated total compensation range for this position is $240,000 - $300,000 (base plus bonus). Senior Enterprise Solutions Manager
New York, New York, United States · San Francisco, California, United States
About Invisible Invisible Technologies makes AI work. Our end-to-end AI platform structures messy data, automates digital workflows, deploys agentic solutions, measures outcomes, and integrates human expertise where it matters most. Our platform cleans, labels, and structures company data so it is ready for AI. It adapts models to each business and adds human expertise when needed, the same approach we have used to improve models for more than 80% of the world’s top AI companies, including Microsoft, AWS, and Cohere. Our successes span industries, from supply chain automation for Swiss Gear to AI-enabled naval simulations with SAIC, and validating NBA draft picks for the Charlotte Hornets. Profitable for more than half a decade, Invisible reached $134M in revenue and ranked as the number two fastest growing AI company on the 2024 Inc. 5000. In September 2025, we raised $100M in growth capital to accelerate our mission of making AI actually work in the enterprise and to advance our platform technology. About The Role The Senior Enterprise Solutions Manager is a key operational leader driving our most complex and high-stakes enterprise delivery. Moving beyond standard process management, this role operates at the intersection of strategic problem-solving, technical project management, and high-velocity operations. We are looking for an exceptional, high-rigor operator who can take deeply ambiguous enterprise challenges, structure them, and lead cross-functional execution to deliver scalable AI solutions. You will own the end-to-end operational delivery of our most strategic, multi-faceted enterprise engagements, serving as the critical link between our commercial team, executive clients, and internal engineering teams. Operating with the analytical rigor and structuring capability of a top-tier Engagement Manager or Tech BizOps Leader, you will partner directly with technical leadership to build 0-to-1 operational processes and ensure world-class delivery. Furthermore, you will serve as a multiplier for the team, mentoring other Enterprise Solutions Managers and advising senior client leadership. What You’ll Do Executive Commercial & Engineering Alignment: Act as the critical bridge between go-to-market and delivery on marquee accounts. Partner with the commercial team to deeply understand complex client requirements and business objectives, working in lockstep with engineering to deliver the execution. "Two-in-a-Box" Strategic Partnership: Partner directly with the account's Technical Lead to drive outcomes on our most complex, highest-value engagements. While they own the technical architecture and solution design, you act as their operational counterpart to ensure flawless execution, resource alignment, and risk mitigation. Lead Complex Enterprise Delivery & Technical Ceremonies: Own the end-to-end operational execution of massive enterprise AI deployments across multiple concurrent workstreams. Oversee and optimize agile technical delivery ceremonies (e.g., cross-functional stand-ups, sprint planning, complex Jira backlog grooming) to ensure engineering execution maps precisely to commercial objectives. Strategic Client Advisory: Participate, support and if required, lead requirement scoping and key strategic meetings alongside account and tech leadership. Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (VP and C-Suite), moving beyond standard status updates to provide actionable, data-driven insights on engagement progress and operational ROI. Act as the Operational Backbone: Take highly ambiguous client problems and structure them into clear, actionable delivery frameworks. Design, implement, and scale 0-to-1 operational processes for new, bespoke use cases. Quantitative Problem Solving & Strategic Business Cases: Build highly rigorous, assumption-driven, and fact-based business cases to drive executive-level decision-making. Establish real-time analytics, define KPIs, and lead continuous performance analysis to ensure exceptional quality and workflow optimization at scale. Mentorship & Team Leadership: Serve as a coach and mentor to other Enterprise Solutions Managers. Guide and upskill operational staff and internal delivery teams, fostering a culture of rigorous problem-solving, extreme ownership, and operational excellence. What We Need The Profile (5–8+ Years Experience): High-rigor analytical and operational leadership experience from top-tier management consulting (e.g., MBB Engagement Manager, Big 4 Manager/Senior Manager) or a high-growth tech environment (e.g., Senior BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or Strategic Delivery). Executive Client-Facing Excellence: Strong executive presence and a proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts, directly advising and influencing C-level and VP-level leadership. Mentorship & Capacity Building: Demonstrated experience mentoring junior team members, upskilling operational talent, and building high-performing delivery teams. Zero-to-One Operations at Scale: Proven track record of building complex operations, delivery frameworks, and scalable processes from scratch for multi-million dollar enterprise programs. Cross-Functional Execution: Demonstrated experience gathering requirements from commercial or go-to-market teams and working tightly alongside technical leadership and engineers to execute on software, automation, or AI solutions. Deep Project Management: Exceptional ability to break down massive, highly ambiguous projects into actionable workstreams and execute them with relentless precision.
