About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager II to join the TodayTix product team and raise the bar for how we build. TodayTix is TTG's flagship consumer product, it is the mobile app and web experience connecting millions of people with live events they love. Your work will directly shape how customers discover, purchase, and return to TodayTix, and will move the metrics that matter most to the business. This is an outcome ownership role, not a project execution role. The team is in an acceleration phase sharpening prioritization, deepening analytical rigor, and shifting from shipping projects to owning results. You'll be central to that shift: someone who can pick up any problem space, build conviction quickly from ambiguity, and own it end-to-end, while modeling the product craft that lifts the whole team. If you thrive in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment, reach instinctively for AI to think and prototype, and are passionate about turning open-ended problems into measurable bets, we'd love to hear from you. Please note: This is a full-time position. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to choose where you work for the rest of the week. What Success Looks Like: Strategy from ambiguity → Within 60–90 days, you've developed a strong understanding of your first problem space, diagnosed the gaps and contributed to a roadmap grounded in customer evidence and business priorities Decisions driven by customer insight → A continuous discovery loop is running where one didn't exist; your understanding of our customers visibly changes what gets prioritized. Team acceleration → Your ability to triage opportunities, gather the appropriate stakeholders and build relationships combined with your product intuition accelerates our overall tech team velocity AI-native execution → AI is embedded throughout your workflow helping you synthesize research, generate prototypes, validate assumptions, and accelerate delivery. Measurable impact shipped → Initiatives launch with defined success metrics and are followed by real post-launch analysis including second and third-order "why" questions that drive the next iteration. Raising the team bar → Product thinking across the team is visibly sharper because of how you frame problems, document decisions, and give feedback. What You'll Do: Take full end-to-end accountability for specific TodayTix consumer product areas and their respective KPIs Use AI tools to create prototypes, synthesize research, and communicate product ideas clearly and efficiently. Collaborate closely with engineering, design and partner teams to deliver consumer features that solve real customer problems. Lead by example to champion high-quality product standards and analytical rigor, utilizing your own work and constructive feedback to elevate the collective thinking of the team. Manage complex cross-functional initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned. Operate across the product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and validating concepts to delivering and iterating on solutions. We're Looking for Someone With: An entrepreneurial spirit who is energized by the opportunity and challenges of shaping how millions of people across the world discover, purchase and experience live entertainment 6+ years of product experience, including 2 - 3 years owning consumer products end-to-end in startup / growth environments with demonstrable impact Incredible product intuition, natural curiosity, a strong bias for action, an ability to form strong opinions with limited information and influence peers Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow - using them habitually to accelerate research, optimize process, design, prototype, drive decisions, and execution. Demonstrated builder mindset - whether through launching products, founding something, side projects, experimentation, or creating new processes from scratch. Demonstrated growth mindset - committed to continuous professional and personal development Strong communication and strategic thinking in cross functional environments Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing and adjacent consumer technology platforms Experience in live events, hospitality, marketplace, or premium consumer experiences is a plus. Director, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
New York, New York, United States · London, England, United Kingdom
✨ $140k-$175k / yearest.
About the Role: We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing to own our CRM program, every email, push, and SMS we send to millions of theatre and event-goers, and to lead the team that runs it. CRM is how we turn interest into action across a customer's life with us: getting new customers to their first show, keeping our best customers coming back, and winning back the ones who've drifted. You'll own that messaging end to end and be the person the company trusts on anything CRM. Our CRM already drives a large share of our business. Now we want to make it one of the smartest, most automated programs out there. We're building toward a Next Best Action model where automation and AI decide the right message, moment, and channel for each customer, at scale. We want someone genuinely energized by that: who sees automation and AI as the core of how a modern CRM program runs, and who will keep pushing what's possible, including piloting new channels and surfaces, like WhatsApp. This is a role for someone who thrives on full end-to-end ownership. You'll set the strategy, bring the ideas, and run the program without waiting to be told what to do. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are energized by data, automation, and building programs that scale, we'd love to hear from you. Please note: This is a full-time role and qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City or London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. What Success Looks Like: Repeat purchase and retention climb among addressable customers. More new customers make a first and second purchase, and make it sooner, as onboarding messaging turns a trial into a habit. Revenue from CRM channels grows as a share of total and is trusted as incremental, not just attributed. A Next Best Action model is live and increasingly automated. The model is choosing the right message, moment, and channel for messages. You've become the company's clear owner of CRM: leadership sets the goals, and the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day calls are yours. What You'll Do: Own the CRM program end to end - set the strategy and roadmap for every email, push, and SMS, generate the ideas that move it forward, and be the person the company trusts to make the call. Make AI and automation core - push the program from batch campaigns to an automated, AI-driven Next Best Action model that picks the right message, moment, and channel for each customer. Lead full-lifecycle messaging - from user onboarding through repeat, winback, and loyalty, with repeat purchase as the core goal. Explore new channels and surfaces - pilot opportunities like WhatsApp and in-app messaging in partnership with product, and scale the ones that work. Lead and develop the team - coach the CRM team, prioritize sharply, and raise the bar on both execution and analysis. Make CRM provably incremental - establish holdout testing and reporting so the program’s revenue impact is measurable. Partner closely with product and data - work hand in glove to connect CRM messaging with the wider customer experience. Note: This list represents the highest-priority focus areas for this role. Responsibilities will naturally evolve as the business grows and shifts - candidates should expect the scope to develop over time. We're Looking For Someone With: 8+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or messaging marketing, including experience leading and developing a team. A track record of driving repeat purchase, retention, and LTV ideally at a marketplace or other high-frequency consumer business. Proven experience moving a program beyond batch-and-blast to triggered, automated, decisioned messaging and the appetite to push further with AI. Hands-on depth with a modern CRM/messaging platform (we use Iterable) and strong customer segmentation. An enthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to innovate our CRM strategies and enhance both team and individual productivity. Strong analytical rigor. Comfortable defining success metrics, using modern analytics tools, running experiments and tests, and judging true incremental impact A full-ownership mindset. You set the agenda rather than wait for direction, and you’ve run a program where the strategy was yours to define, not just deliver. Bonus: A genuine interest in theatre, live events, and the performing arts or experience in an environment with constantly evolving inventory, where what customers can buy is always changing. Good To Know: TodayTix Group takes care of our team. We’re proud to offer a generous suite of benefits. Here are some of our favourites: -Hybrid work environment (blend of in-office and at-home days) -Up to 4 weeks per year of flexible 'work from anywhere' -Generous pension match -Access to a bespoke Pension scheme -Complimentary tickets to shows and events -Employee Assistance Programme -Access to a corporate rate Vitality PMI plan -Healthcare cash plan -Season Ticket loans -Birthday off -Three months of fully paid Parental Leave -Employee Charity Donation Matching -Annual Professional Development Budget -Cycle to work scheme -Employee Referral Bonus TodayTix Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusion. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital or veteran status, pregnancy, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. We are also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees based on their religious practices, mental health, or physical needs. TTG is dedicated to conducting all aspects of our business ethically and with integrity, in full compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. Data (Analytics) Engineer
's-Hertogenbosch, North Brabant, Netherlands
$48k-$72k / year
Job description As an Analytics Engineer at Floryn, you'll be part engineer, part analyst. We're not a dashboard factory and we don't want someone who just builds what's asked. You should care about how the company actually works and what makes the machine tick, enough to question a request when the metric is wrong or the data doesn't support it, and to come back with something better. You'll build the scalable analytical foundations in dbt that the whole team relies on, work close to the data itself, and make the analysts around you fast so they spend their time answering the questions that matter. You'll work with Analysts, ML Engineers, Developers and Commercial teams to understand what they need and help get them there. What you'll be doing Architecting, optimising and transforming data models in dbt so analysts and business stakeholders can move quickly without breaking things. Building out our semantic layer so metrics are defined once and trusted everywhere. Developing automated root cause analysis and a traffic-light system on our key metrics (think Amazon Weekly Business Review) so the business sees what's moving and why, without waiting on a manual deep-dive. Advancing automation that lets the team spend less time validating data and more time using it. Setting the standard for how the analytics code base is built and maintained, with version control, documentation, testing and continuous integration. Rapidly delivering new concepts through prototyping that can be put in front of stakeholders for feedback and iteration. Technology At Floryn we've got a treasure trove of data on customer behaviour, marketing channels, sales, CRM, loan administration, company financials, and a good amount of machine learning. We use dbt for transformations so metrics get reused across reports, Metabase as our BI tool for visualisations and dashboards that actually tell a story, and Hightouch for reverse ETL. Data lands via Fivetran and Estuary, Prefect runs our recurring jobs like exports for reporting, and we reach for Python when we're prototyping or pushing through heavier analysis. We care about doing this well, not just doing it. About Floryn Founded in 2016, Floryn is one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the Netherlands, and recently also beyond. While traditional banks are often slow and complex, we make business financing fast, transparent and flexible, built on our own technology. We've provided over €800 million in SME loans and work with 80+ Dutch and international colleagues on our international ambitions. You'll join an organisation with the energy of a startup and the impact of a scale-up, based in the centre of 's-Hertogenbosch. The technology we build is central to everything we do, so we keep development fully in-house. Quality comes first, and our impact on real businesses and people is significant. The organisation is flat and the lines are short, so we move fast. We don't hand you tickets to close blindly; we hand you a problem and trust you to come up with an outstanding solution. We believe in sane working hours and durable solutions, not 70-hour weeks held together with tape. We do things our own way, we ship every day, and we take pride in our work. What we think you'll need to be successful: Strong SQL and real comfort working close to the data, not just the table on top. Comfortable in a terminal and with version control. dbt experience is a plus, not a must; we'll teach you the stack. You build scalable, reliable, reusable data models. You keep the code base trustworthy with testing, docs and CI, and you push back when standards slip. You've worked in a cloud warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or similar). You can take a vague business question and work out the right metric, not just build what was asked. You work well with non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly. 2+ years in a data, engineering or analytics role close to the data. Nice to have: Experience with orchestration tools like Prefect, Airflow or Dagster. Practical: Hybrid role with a real office component, so a commute of about an hour to Den Bosch works best. What does Floryn offer? Salary between €4,000 and €6,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience. 30 vacation days and 8% holiday pay, plus pension contribution. A generous €2,500 personal development budget for books, courses and conferences, plus a well-being allowance. MacBook and a noise-cancelling headset, and any other high-end gear you need to do your best work. Travel comfortably: 1st class NS Business Card, an (electric) lease bike, or €0.23/km with your own transport. Hybrid working, with a healthy bias toward the office because that's where the speed and the good ideas come from. You also get a working-from-home allowance for your internet and toilet paper. An international scale-up culture full of energy, ambition and impact. Legendary company outings, ski trips and offsites with the Floryn team. Sneak preview: https://www.instagram.com/gofloryn Got something extra in mind? Just ask us. If you're ready to join the data revolution and become part of the Floryn family, send us your CV and a cover letter that shows your personality and why you're the right fit. Bonus points if you can make us laugh. We can't wait to meet you.

Work Student: CRM Automation & Operations
's-Hertogenbosch, North Brabant, Netherlands
$23.4k-$23.4k / year
Floryn runs on HubSpot. Sales, risk and marketing all work out of it, and it drives our lead follow-up, customer communication and pipeline reporting. As a CRM Automation & Operations work student you keep that system clean and build new flows in it. Map internal processes end to end, then use CRM data to find where they leak or stall. Build new processes in HubSpot from start to finish: email templates and CTAs, embedded forms, automated workflows, and a report that shows whether it worked. You document it and you own it afterwards. Investigate issues by troubleshooting workflows and cross-checking CRM data, then see the fix through to the end. Gather and prioritise CRM issues and enhancement requests from the business. Keep CRM data clean and build the reporting that flags when it isn't. Set up forms, customer surveys and automated emails for leads and customers. You are the first point of contact for CRM questions from the business. You own your own projects, alone or with a project lead. You are not on your own: our CRM specialist, the marketing team and the developers all sit within a few metres of you. An example of a project you could pick up in your first months: rebuilding the follow-up flow for leads that go quiet after their first application, from mapping the current drop-off to shipping the new sequence and reporting on the lift. What we offer What you build goes live. A flow you ship on Tuesday is being used by sales on Wednesday. Get properly good at HubSpot: workflows, the data model, reporting. Business Automation Specialist - Customer Care

If you're excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we'd love you on the team. Visit www.perk.com to learn more. Business Automation Specialist – Customer Care About the Role Customer Care at Perk is being rebuilt around automation and AI. This role is for someone who likes taking a messy operational problem and turning it into something that runs in production. As an Automation Specialist, you'll design and ship the systems that cut manual work, make agents faster, and improve what customers actually experience. You'll work across Make.com , Airtable, Zendesk, Claude, APIs, and whatever else the problem needs. Some days that's a workflow. Some days it's an AI tool with evals, guardrails, and a kill switch. The through-line is the same: get it from idea to live, then keep it reliable. You'll partner with Operational Excellence, Customer Care Leadership, and Operations. You'll own delivery end to end, and you'll be measured on whether the things you build actually stick. What You’ll Do Design, build, test, and deploy solutions across Make.com , Airtable, Zendesk, Claude, APIs, and AI tooling. Wire up multi-system integrations that remove real manual effort, not just move it around. Own projects from the first sketch through production and ongoing improvement. Stand up proper testing and validation environments so "it worked in my scenario" isn't the bar. Turn business problems into technical designs, and flag new automation opportunities as you go. Stay close after launch: watch adoption, fix what breaks, iterate on what underperforms Build Write automations that are maintainable, documented, and safe for someone else to pick up. Monitor production systems, debug fast, and keep operational impact low when things go wrong. Know when Make/Zapier-class tools are enough, and when the problem needs a different approach. Keep an eye on new automation and AI capabilities, and bring the useful ones in deliberately. Raise the bar Be the person others ask when they're stuck on architecture, platform limits, or how to ship AI safely. Review builds before they go live when that review actually reduces risk.. Create reusable components, patterns, and standards so the next build is faster and cleaner. Teamwork Sit with Opex and Operations until you understand the real problem, then design the right fix. Shape discovery and scoping so solutions stay practical and maintainable. Keep stakeholders clear on progress, risks, dependencies, and dates. Feed operational feedback back into the next version. What We're Looking For Shipped production automations on Make.com , Zapier, Claude, or similar not just demos. Worked with Airtable or comparable systems as a real ops backbone, not a side spreadsheet. Built LLM-powered workflows with prompt craft, evaluation, and guardrails — and knows when the model shouldn't act alone. Strong at debugging production systems under time pressure. Can turn a fuzzy business request into something scalable and supportable. Comfortable working with both technical and operational partners. Prefers speed and ambiguity over perfect specs. How We'll Know You're Winning Automations that meaningfully cut manual work in Customer Care. Multi-system builds that stay reliable once they're live. High reliability, performance, and adoption — not just "launched". Clear gains in operational efficiency, agent experience, and customer experience. What we offer Receive competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk Rest and recharge with 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays Take control of your physical health with private medical cover and voluntary dental insurance from Bupa, and discounted gym memberships with GymFlex Plan for your future with our qualifying earnings company pension plan with Aviva Know that your loved ones are protected financially through your Life Insurance if the worst were to happen Rest assured that you’re covered by income protection in case you experience a long-term sickness or absence Leverage tax-efficient cycle and electric car schemes with Cycle2Work & Octopus Join our unforgettable Perk events, including our spectacular annual summer party Always feel supported with Spring Health, our market-leading wellbeing partner, providing fast, comprehensive access to 12x therapy and 12x coaching sessions for you and your loved ones Focus on your family with 12-16 weeks’ paid parental leave Contribute to your community with 16 paid hours per year to spend volunteering for your dearest charitable causes Broaden your horizons with up to 20 "Work from Anywhere" days per year Stay savvy with access to a wide variety of discounts and rewards Follow your passions and take a four-week, fully paid sabbatical once you reach 5 years Let us help you move to one of our hubs with relocation support Interview Process Talent Acquisition Interview - 30mins Virtual Hiring Manager interview - 30-45mins Virtual Assessment Interview - 30-60mins - In-person interview AI at Perk AI is embedded in how we work across every function. Technical Support Manager - Spend
Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain

Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel, fintech, and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you're excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we'd love you on the team. Visit www.perk.com to learn more. Join Perk as we scale the technical capabilities of our Spend Customer Care organization. This is a unique opportunity to lead the evolution of our Level 2 support function, helping build a highly technical team that works hand-in-hand with Engineering to solve complex customer problems and continuously improve how we support our product. About the role Reporting to the Head of Care for Spend, you'll lead our Technical Support Specialists while acting as the technical bridge between Customer Care and Engineering. You'll be responsible for raising the technical maturity of the team, improving technical workflows and tooling, and enabling Customer Care to resolve increasingly complex issues independently. This is a hands-on technical management role where you'll coach others, partner closely with Engineering, help shape the future of technical support at Perk, and improve the L2/L3 collaboration model. Why this role Lead the technical evolution of Customer Care in one of Perk's fastest-growing product areas Work closely with Engineering to improve tooling, workflows, and customer outcomes Build a highly capable technical support team through coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership Help shape how Customer Care leverages automation and AI to scale technical support What You'll Do Lead L2 customer care: own the team responsible for the most complex, escalated customer issues that L1 support cannot resolve. Manage hands-on technical support specialists: hire, coach, and grow a team of technically strong specialists; set expectations, review case quality, and provide technical mentorship (not just people management). Debug alongside your team: get into the weeds on production issues yourself: read stack traces, review relevant code paths, query databases, and use observability tools to find root cause. Deep-dive into logs: investigate application, API, and infrastructure logs to diagnose customer-reported issues, distinguishing product bugs from configuration, integration, or data issues. Own technical escalations: act as the primary interface between customer care and engineering/product teams for issues requiring code changes, hotfixes, or architectural input. Drive resolution, not just triage: ensure issues are actually solved and don't just get passed along; track time-to-resolution and repeat-issue rates. Build tooling and process: identify recurring issues and work with engineering to fix them at the source; build internal runbooks, diagnostic tooling, and self-service resources for the team. Report on health and trends: analyze ticket data, SLA/SLO performance, and escalation patterns; present insights to leadership on product quality and support health. Coordinate incident response: represent customer care during major incidents, translating technical impact into customer communication and vice versa. What We're Looking For 5+ years in Technical Support, Product Support, or Engineering-adjacent Customer Care within a SaaS or tech environment, with at least 2+ years managing a team of engineers or technical support staff. Ability to read and reason about code (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or whatever your primary stack is) - you don't need to ship production code daily, but you should be comfortable tracing logic, spotting bugs, and having credible technical conversations with engineers. Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs, and comfort troubleshooting with tools like Postman, curl, or browser dev tools. Understanding of system architecture concepts (services, queues, caching, networking basics) sufficient to reason about where in a system a failure originates. Experience with ticketing/support platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Jira Service Management, Intercom) and incident tools. Track record of managing L2/L3 support functions, including escalation processes and SLA ownership. Experience working directly with engineering teams - filing detailed bug reports, participating in triage, and influencing product roadmap based on support trends. Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate deep technical detail into clear updates for both customers and executives. What we offer Receive competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk. Rest and recharge with our generous allocation of vacation days plus public holidays. Take control of your physical health with your choice of private healthcare or a gym allowance. Always feel supported with Spring Health, our market-leading wellbeing partner, providing fast, comprehensive access to 12x therapy and 12x coaching sessions for you and your loved ones. Senior PR Manager
London, England, United Kingdom
✨ $85k-$120k / yearest.
About Us Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact. We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including On Running, Breitling, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem . Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work. At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel, fintech, and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you're excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we'd love you on the team. Visit www.perk.com to learn more. About the role We're looking for a seasoned Senior PR Manager to own Perk's US and UK media presence. This is a high-impact role at the heart of one of our most important strategic priorities: establishing Perk as a leading voice in major business and financial press. Both markets are fast-growing for Perk, and cutting through in either requires deep journalist relationships, a sharp corporate narrative, and someone who can work at the pace of a major news cycle. You'll be the on-the-ground force behind our Tier 1 media strategy, shaping how our executives show up in the press and building the kind of earned presence no paid campaign can replicate. This is a role for a natural communicator who understands the nuance of financial and business media, can translate complex tech and AI narratives into compelling stories, and knows how to get a C-suite executive ready for a Bloomberg interview on short notice. What you'll do Own the US and UK media strategy: Lead Perk's day-to-day PR activity from proactive pitching and newsjacking to reactive press office and crisis communications. You'll be the primary point of contact for US and UK journalists and the go-to expert on those media landscapes internally. Build and deepen Tier 1 relationships: Cultivate and maintain genuine relationships with journalists at WSJ, Bloomberg, the FT, CNBC, Forbes and beyond — not just for coverage, but for the kind of background briefings and exclusives that build long-term credibility. Shape the corporate narrative: Work with senior leadership to develop and maintain Perk's corporate narrative, ensuring our messaging on company growth, financial performance, AI innovation and platform positioning is consistent, compelling and landing with the right audiences. Drive executive profiling: Partner closely with our C-suite to build their media profiles — crafting commentary, preparing spokespeople for interviews, and developing a proactive profiling strategy that puts our executives in front of the journalists and audiences that matter most. Translate tech and AI narrative: Work with product and engineering teams to turn Perk's AI and technology innovation into media-ready stories — making complex product developments accessible, relevant and newsworthy for mainstream business press. Manage PR agency relationships: Brief, manage and hold our US and UK PR agencies accountable to clear KPIs — bringing the rigour and direction needed to get the most out of the partnership while building in-house capability alongside it. Bring AI into the workflow : Bring AI tools into day-to-day PR operations, from media monitoring and drafting to research and reporting, to make the function faster and sharper without losing judgement or voice. What we're looking for Experience Extensive experience in PR or corporate communications with a clear focus on the US and UK market Deep, existing relationships with Tier 1 US and UK financial and business press and proven track record securing earned coverage (digital and broadcast) Financial communications background — experienced handling funding rounds, M&A and business performance narratives Experience building compelling corporate narratives — able to take complex positioning and turn it into a differentiated story that lands with business press Demonstrated experience working directly with senior leadership teams to craft commentary and prepare C-suite spokespeople Strong agency management background — comfortable briefing, managing and holding agencies to account Strong background in B2B technology, fintech or SaaS essential Skills Sharp editorial judgement — knows what makes a story Strong writer — press releases, bylines, executive commentary and media briefings all to a high standard Confident media trainer and spokesperson coach for C-suite executives Comfortable working with data (survey results, product analytics, market research) and shaping it into a clear, pitchable narrative Commercially minded — understands how PR contributes to pipeline, brand salience and competitive positioning Comfortable building AI into day-to-day PR workflows (drafting, research, monitoring, reporting) to work faster without sacrificing judgement or quality. Ways of working Self-starter who can own a US and UK PR programme independently and support the Director of Communications on corporate and financial priorities, while collaborating closely with a global team Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously Data-driven — uses coverage data, share of voice and inbound metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly Intellectually curious — reads widely, spots trends early and brings proactive story ideas to the table unprompted What we offer Receive competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk Rest and recharge with 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays Take control of your physical health with private medical cover and voluntary dental insurance from Bupa, and discounted gym memberships with GymFlex Plan for your future with our qualifying earnings company pension plan with Aviva Know that your loved ones are protected financially through your Life Insurance if the worst were to happen Rest assured that you’re covered by income protection in case you experience a long-term sickness or absence Leverage tax-efficient cycle and electric car schemes with Cycle2Work & Octopus Join our unforgettable Perk events, including our spectacular annual summer party Always feel supported with Spring Health, our market-leading wellbeing partner, providing fast, comprehensive access to 12x therapy and 12x coaching sessions for you and your loved ones Focus on your family with 12-16 weeks’ paid parental leave Contribute to your community with 16 paid hours per year to spend volunteering for your dearest charitable causes Broaden your horizons with up to 20 "Work from Anywhere" days per year Stay savvy with access to a wide variety of discounts and rewards Follow your passions and take a four-week, fully paid sabbatical once you reach 5 years Let us help you move to one of our hubs with relocation support AI at Perk AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled, so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes. We don't expect you to be an AI expert, but we do expect you to be curious and intentional about it. The bar is judgment: knowing when AI makes your work better, when to verify what it produces, and when to rely on your own expertise instead. We'll ask about how you use AI in your interviews, not to test tool knowledge, but to understand how you think about it. That reflects how we work every day. How We Work At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work. For certain roles, we can help with relocation from anywhere in the world, English is the official language at the office. Please submit your resume in English if you choose to apply. Do not forget to submit an updated portfolio and/or resume. Perk is a global company with a diverse customer base, and we want to make sure the people behind our product reflect that. Senior Flights Inventory Operations Specialist
Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
$106k-$134.5k / year
About Us Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. At Perk, our Inventory Operations team ensures the travel and spend content powering our platform is accurate, reliable, and high-quality. We're hiring a Senior Inventory Operations Specialist to raise the bar on how we operate, building the systems, standards, and frameworks that sustain quality and scalability across the domain. Flights are the highest-stakes inventory type we manage: schedule changes, fare rules, and GDS/NDC supplier feeds all have to reconcile in real time, with zero tolerance for stale or wrong data reaching a booking. This is a senior IC role, not a management track. You'll balance short- and long-term priorities, use data as a strategic asset, and influence product and tooling decisions. You won't just deliver your own work; you'll shape how the team operates, coach others, and drive cross-functional initiatives with lasting impact on inventory performance and reliability. The challenge: you'll be setting standards for teams you don't manage, so your influence has to come from being right, not from authority. Based in our Barcelona office three days a week, you'll report to our Director of Operations, alongside 8 other Inventory Ops specialists. What You'll Do • Set the Standard: Define operational standards that reduce BAU workload and increase reliability across teams and markets. Lead retrospectives and drive scalable process refinements. • Think and Act Strategically: Balance domain and company goals, making trade-offs with business impact in mind. Set ambitious OKRs and recognise when diminishing returns mean it's time to redirect focus. • Turn Data into Direction: Formulate analytical questions that reveal root causes and trends. Synthesise complex insights into clear recommendations, and guide teammates in interpreting data accurately. • Shape the Inventory Domain: Anticipate how airline schedule changes, fare filings, or supplier feed updates affect performance. Influence product and tooling decisions, define technical standards, and build governance frameworks that scale across markets. • Own the Reporting Cadence: Drive automation, monitoring, and workflow improvements that span multiple teams. Own the cadence that ties inventory reliability (uptime, content accuracy rate) directly to revenue impact for senior stakeholders. • Own the AI Loop: Build and evaluate AI-assisted workflows for supplier-content triage and anomaly detection, define what "good" looks like, set guardrails for auto-actioned changes, and make the build-vs-buy call on tooling. What You'll Need • Operational Depth: You've owned a flights or airline-inventory workflow end to end, schedules, fares, or GDS/NDC content, not just executed steps someone else designed, and can point to where you expanded its scope. • Domain Mastery: Expert technical knowledge of airline inventory, schedules, fares, availability, GDS and NDC content flows, plus the APIs and booking infrastructure that surface it. You can anticipate how an airline schedule change or fare filing ripples through the ecosystem. • Strategic Thinking: You connect operational work to business outcomes and make trade-offs confidently. You see the big picture without losing sight of execution quality. • Coaching Ability: Experience mentoring others, even without formal management responsibility. You raise the bar for those around you. • Process Design Expertise: Proven ability to design frameworks and governance models that scale, Compensation : Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and stock options. The anticipated base salary range is $106,00 - $134,500 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on specific qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors. How We Work At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. Senior Software Engineer - London
London, England, United Kingdom
✨ $120k-$160k / yearest.
Are you a Software Engineer who thrives on real ownership? At Perk, we know that we feel most fulfilled when we can own the problem and the solution. This means taking responsibility for the entire lifecycle of a feature, from being part in understanding what our customers pains are with our product team, design documents, coding to deployment, and measuring impact. You will see how your technical decisions move the needle for our customers daily. We prioritize autonomy and pragmatism, giving you the space to solve complex problems without unnecessary friction. Engineering excellence here is measured by the reliability and simplicity of the systems you build to power a global platform. How we work At Perk, we believe the best work happens when great people come together in small teams, with a shared sense of purpose. You'll join a cross-functional squad where you have real ownership of a piece of Perk’s domains, a genuine say in what gets built, and the autonomy to make it happen. Each team to decide how to contribute to Perk’s company goals. We care about impact, and we trust our people to deliver it. AI at Perk AI is embedded in how we work and what we build. On the engineering side, it spans the whole workflow: our Notion, Jira, GitHub and Slack are AI-connected so you get up to speed fast, and day-to-day it helps with specifying features, writing and reviewing code, and automated AI PR review on every pull request. When something goes wrong in production, AI surfaces context across systems quickly. We also embrace agentic coding, using AI as an active collaborator, not just a prompt-by-prompt co-pilot. We expect candidates to use AI tools in our coding interviews. The bar is understanding your code and owning what you produce. That reflects how we work every day. Some examples of what it means to be a Senior at Perk Shape the bigger picture. You won't just build features, you'll refine the what to build and why . At Perk, senior engineers are expected to go beyond the technical solution and focus on the problem itself. You'll contribute to your squad's quarterly goals and long-term vision alongside your Product Manager and Engineering Manager. Architect for today and tomorrow. When a big change is needed in how our platform works, you'll be the one writing the design documents that lay the foundation. You'll become a guardian of your team's technical quality; spotting areas of investment, proactively managing technical debt, and making sure we don't let "busy work" crowd out the work that truly matters. At Perk, we believe in impact over effort : our customers see results, not the hours behind them. Your job is to make sure we're always investing our energy where it counts most. Lead across boundaries. Your influence won't stop at your own squad. You'll communicate complex ideas across multiple teams, proactively identify who needs to be involved, and drive alignment across the broader organisation. Whether it's coordinating a cross-squad initiative, contributing to one of our engineering guilds (where engineers from different teams align on shared technical topics), or pairing with architects on solution discovery, you'll operate comfortably beyond your immediate team. Raise the bar for everyone around you. Senior engineers at Perk are mentors, coaches, and bar raisers. You'll support less experienced colleagues through direct mentorship, thoughtful feedback during reviews, and by modelling what great engineering looks like in practice. You'll help Engineering Managers understand where the team needs to grow technically, and you'll use spaces like guild meetings, design doc reviews, and pairing sessions to lift the overall standard. At Perk, we are a team , the team's success is your success. Desired skills and experience Product Leadership: Translates complex business goals into technical roadmaps; de-risks ambiguous projects through spikes and prototyping. System Architecture: Architects scalable, evolvable systems and data models that account for performance, failure isolation, and long-term maintenance. Technical Standards: Defines and upholds engineering excellence, including CI/CD optimizations, testing strategies, and coding standards across the stack. Frontend Strategy: Establishes frontend architecture patterns, including state management, performance budgets, and comprehensive testing (e.g., E2E/Cypress). Backend Excellence: Engineers sophisticated backend solutions involving API versioning, caching strategies, and complex data migration plans. Operational Maturity: Leads observability and SRE practices; defines SLOs, manages incident responses, and conducts blameless post-mortems. Security & Risk: Oversees operational security, including secrets hygiene and dependency risk management, to ensure a hardened production environment. Mentorship & Influence: Levels up the engineering organization through active mentorship, leading design reviews, and influencing the product roadmap with technical data. Cross-Functional Impact: Coordinates multi-team deliverables and aligns stakeholders to resolve technical blockers across the organization. AI-Driven Development: Experience with—or a strong interest in—modern AI-augmented workflows. This includes leveraging agentic workflows, developing custom agentic skills to extend AI capabilities, utilizing AI-powered code reviews... How We Work At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. Product Marketing Director
Boston, Massachusetts, United States

About Us Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact. About the Role Perk is scaling fast: 12,000+ customers, 1,800 people, and a platform that has expanded into Travel, Spend and Events. We've rebranded and we're building for category leadership. As Product Marketing Director you'll build the compelling narratives that communicate Perk's value proposition and set us apart from our competitors, run the go-to-market engine that turns product investment into commercial outcomes, and build the competitive intelligence function that keeps the whole company sharp. Your work will influence how Revenue wins deals and how product decides what we build next. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has built and led product marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS, has owned GTM for complex software products, and has a track record of turning product investment into commercial outcomes. You understand the finance buyer, you know how to build positioning that holds up under competitive pressure, and you've done this long enough to have a genuine point of view on what good looks like. You're an exceptional storyteller who can take a technically complex platform and make the value clear and compelling for a CFO-level buyer. You're comfortable operating at executive level across Product, Revenue, and Marketing. And you get into the detail because you want to - you want to be the person who knows this space better than anyone in the room. You'll lead the PMM team, setting the standard for the function, developing your team, and doing meaningful work yourself. What You’ll Do The platform narrative Own how the market understands Perk. That means the core messaging architecture, how we position the T&S platform against the alternatives, and the "why Perk" story that runs from the website to the pitch deck to the sales conversation. A key objective is shifting market perception from individual products to a unified platform built for modern finance teams. Go-to-market and launches Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for new products and major launches. You'll be responsible for moving from reactive launches to a predictable, commercially focused engine that improves product adoption and reduces execution risk. Every significant launch should follow a consistent framework and land with commercial momentum, not just coverage. Market and competitive intelligence Build a best-in-class intelligence capability: competitive analysis, win/loss, customer research, and market signals that improve how we sell. You'll represent the voice of the market inside the revenue team, to ensure our messaging and positioning is built on what buyers actually care about and where we genuinely win. Revenue enablement Partner closely with Revenue leadership and the sales enablement team, to improve win rates, platform attach, sales confidence, and launch effectiveness. The measure of success is a sales team that can clearly articulate Perk's differentiated story and a PMM function recognised as a genuine commercial partner. Team and function Lead and develop the PMM team, create the operating rhythms and quality standards that allow the function to scale, and establish PMM as one of the company's most trusted strategic partners. You'll also shape what the function looks like as Perk grows. What We’re Looking For You've spent meaningful time in B2B SaaS and you have a track record of building positioning that earns internal trust and wins externally. You know how to build a differentiated position. You understand the strategic choices that determine where a product competes and why it wins, and you can distill a technically complex platform into a story that lands clearly with a senior finance buyer. You thrive on understanding the buyer, the market, and the competitive picture inside out. You get into the detail because you want to, and you want to be the person in the room who knows this space better than anyone. You think commercially and use data to make decisions. You've built repeatable operating models, and you're as comfortable challenging a product roadmap priority as writing the launch brief. You're highly influential and a strong communicator. You bring people with you across Product, Revenue, and Marketing - building alignment through the strength of your ideas -and you take communication seriously, owning the process end to end from how a message is crafted to how it lands across the organisation. You're an AI-first operator. You use AI to change how the work gets done: faster research, stronger competitive analysis, higher-quality outputs. You'll bring that to how this team operates. This isn't optional - we're an AI-first company and we expect our leaders to lead that way. What we offer Receive competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk Rest and recharge with our generous allocation of 20 vacation days and 12 public holidays Enjoy the flexibility of three medical plans to choose from, with company contributions and an HSA when enrolling in an HDHP medical plan Take control of your physical health with additional comprehensive benefit plans, covering dental, vision and Wellhub’s gym subscription from your start date Rest assured that you’re covered by life and disability policies from your start date, with options to add extra protection through voluntary buy-up plans Plan for your future with our 401(k) plan with company matching contributions Care for your furry friends through partner discounts on pet insurance Join our unforgettable Perk events, including our spectacular annual summer party Always feel supported with Spring Health, our market-leading wellbeing partner, providing fast, comprehensive access to 12x therapy and 12x coaching sessions for you and your loved ones Focus on your family with 12-16 weeks’ paid parental leave Contribute to your community with 16 paid hours per year to spend volunteering for your dearest charitable causes Broaden your horizons with up to 20 "Work from Anywhere" days per year Follow your passions and take a four-week, fully paid sabbatical once you reach 5 years Let us help you move to one of our hubs with relocation support Compensation: Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and stock options. The anticipated base salary range is $190,500 - $240,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on specific qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors. AI at Perk AI is embedded in how we work across every function.
