Staff Software Engineer, Data and Partner Platform
New York, New York, United States
About the Opportunity We are looking for a full-stack Staff Software Engineer to join our Data and Partner Platform team (DAP) and help shape the future of energy technology. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of deep technical craft and broad organizational impact - driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and building systems that are reliable, scalable, and grounded in the realities of the energy industry. You will be a key technical voice across engineering and a trusted partner to product, operations, and business teams alike. The Data and Partner Platform team manages partner integrations, data translation, and our Snowflake account. We work closely with most teams across the organization and drive critical platform engineering that runs core business functionality. The team is driven, diverse, and wildly talented. We are driving foundational improvements that improve our agility and speed while maintaining legacy systems. Main Responsibilities Technical leadership and vision Champion long-term excellence by envisioning ideal approaches to complex processes and translating the vision into well-scoped, measurable initiatives that can be prioritized alongside business goals. Coordinate across engineering teams to align on technical direction, standards, and best practices. Develop deep domain expertise in utility programs, demand responses, DER lifecycles, wholesale energy markets, and the regulatory realities that shape them, so every technical decision is grounded in how the energy industry actually operates. Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to strike the right balance between business-driven and team-driven priorities, maximizing both velocity and reliability. Build the absolutely coolest stuff of your career and give yourself something to be deeply proud of. Systems design and data engineering Architect and implement scalable systems for ingesting, processing, observing, and maintaining billions of data points, with performance, accuracy, security, and compliance considered across the full lifecycle. Lead schema design and data flow architecture through a collaborative and inclusive process. Design and build integrations with partner and third party APIs, including OEMs, utility, and data partners, as well as file-driven pipelines (CSV/SFTP/Airflow) that support them. Build and maintain microservices and APIs that other teams confidently depend on, using contract-driven development practices. Operational excellence and incident response Drive investigations end to end, from initial alert through root cause analysis to resolution, with the composure to lead under pressure and the rigor to prevent recurrence. Build operational scripts, runbooks, and detection tooling that transform one-time triage into repeatable capability for the team. Pursue root causes beyond their symptoms, never accepting "it's working now” without a clear understanding of why it failed and what prevents it from happening again. Monitor cloud costs across the team’s toolset to maintain efficiency and justify expenditure. Cross functional collaboration and mentorship Build and maintain strong relationships with partner teams across engineering, partner solutions, and business development, leveraging trust to solve cross-team problems no single group could address alone. Mentor and develop engineers across the team and broader organization while remaining open to learning from their experiences and perspectives. Manage access and roles across the stack to deliver predictable, compliant experiences that meet privacy and security requirements. Contribute to product quality by building new features, improving existing ones, and retiring deprecated functionality. Key Skills & Experience Engineering craft 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated staff-level responsibilities or equivalent scope Proven full-stack engineering background with experience scaling distributed systems and designing solidly-architected microservices Strong proficiency with gRPC/protobuf, RESTful APIs, and contract driven development across multi-repository service meshes. Clear understanding of the distinction between OLAP and OLTP relational databases, with hands-on experience planning and implementing high-performance data processes using both. Demonstrated experience integrating complex partner and third party APIs as well as building and maintaining file-driven data pipelines. Rigor in UI implementation end-to-end data privacy and security Engineering instincts Relentless drive for quality and performance, with strong testing discipline spanning unit, integration, TDD, and end to end approaches. Proactive approach to observability. You ensure the right context surfaces in exceptions and logs to enable rapid and accurate troubleshooting. Strong data-integrity instincts and incident-response composure, with the ability to lead high-severity, multi-system investigations from first alert to final root cause. Experience in support-adjacent roles including on-call rotations, triage, or customer facing resolution that has provided you empathy for how systems fail and how users get stuck. Thoughtful, judicious use of AI/LLM tooling to improve efficiency without over-reliance. Communication and presence Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You have a talent for producing clear, concise design documents, data model references, and runbooks that become team-standard reference material. Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while providing technical vision and guiding the team toward scalable, well-considered solutions. Collaborative, warm, and generous with colleagues, with a genuine investment in helping others succeed. Nice to haves Prior experience in the energy industry, including familiarity with utility programs, demand response, DER management, or wholesale energy markets. Experience working in regulated industries with compliance and data privacy requirements. Staff Agentic AI Engineer
✨ $150k-$200k / yearest.
About the Role: As a Staff Agentic AI Engineer at Netomi, you will be a senior individual contributor helping build the core agentic factory platform that will enable customers to agentically define and build customer-specific agents to support new enterprise automation and brand interaction use cases. You will deliver innovative designs and implement reliable, scalable, and measurable agentic systems used by enterprise customers and business users in complex, real-world production environments. You will help build the systems that help generate agents, not just the agents themselves. That means modeling enterprise knowledge as structured graphs, turning those graphs into working agents. Our customers' source material is large, messy, and frequently contradicts itself, making it tractable is the core technical problem of this role. Responsibilities Design, build, and improve production-grade AI agentic systems for developing agents on Netomi’s core platform. Architect agent workflows involving reasoning, tool use, retrieval, guardrails, escalation paths, and performance monitoring. Evaluate Deep Agent, Claude Agent, OpenAI Agent, LangGraph, and other emerging agent orchestration patterns and frameworks for specific new use cases. Build and maintain LLM evaluation systems, including LLM-as-judge workflows, regression evals, guardrail testing, quality metrics, and production behavior analysis. Diagnose agent performance issues across prompts, tool selection, retrieval quality, latency, cost, task completion, and failure modes. Design and implement RAG and embedding-based capabilities for enterprise knowledge access and automation workflows. Build scalable Python services and platform components deployed in AWS cloud environments. Partner with product, platform, and engineering teams to translate emerging agentic AI capabilities into reliable platform features. Establish engineering best practices for continuous optimization of agentic systems. Stay current with advances in LLMs, agent architectures, AI coding tools, eval methodologies, retrieval systems, and enterprise automation. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) 5-7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, applied machine learning, natural language processing, and/or AI systems development 2+ years of hands-on experience building production LLM or AI agent systems Demonstrated experience building agents used in production by external customers or enterprise/business users with hands-on experience using LangGraph, LangChain, or related agent orchestration frameworks. Experience building systems that turn messy, unstructured source material into validated structured output using schemas, ontologies, or data contracts with entity resolution, disambiguation, and conflict resolution Strong Python engineering skills and experience building scalable production software systems. Experience designing agent architectures involving tool use, reasoning flows, retrieval, memory, guardrails, and workflow orchestration. Experience developing AI evaluation systems, including LLM-as-judge, guardrail evaluation, regression testing, and production quality measurement. Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, retrieval quality, and knowledge-grounded generation. Experience deploying or operating systems in AWS cloud environments. Daily use of AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools as part of software development workflows. Strong engineering judgment, ability to work independently, and comfort operating as a senior individual contributor on ambiguous technical problems. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree or higher in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) Experience building or using knowledge graphs for enterprise knowledge modeling, retrieval, reasoning, or personalization. Experience with enterprise automation platforms, customer experience systems, workflow automation, or AI-powered business process automation. Familiarity with security, compliance, auditability, and governance requirements for enterprise AI systems. Location & Work Authorization Requirements Location: This is a fully remote position within Canada. Candidates must be currently based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta. Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This includes Canadian citizens, Permanent Residents , or individuals holding a valid work permit or other authorization that permits employment in Canada. Senior Customer Architect
✨ $150k-$200k / yearest.
About the Role: Netomi is seeking a Senior Customer Architect to own the technical arc of our most complex strategic enterprise accounts — multi-brand, multi-region programs with demanding security, compliance, and scale requirements. Reporting into our Customer Engineering organization, you will own the relationship from signed deal to expanded, in-production, governed value: the agent architecture, the integration blueprint, the adoption roadmap, and the evidence that it's working. Getting an AI agent live is no longer the hard part. The hard part is what comes after the pilot: expanding from one use case to twenty, holding quality as policies and systems change underneath you, proving containment and CSAT to a CIO, and earning the right to the next set of journeys. On our largest accounts, that work needs a senior named technical owner. That owner is the Senior Customer Architect. You are deeply credible in a design review — able to read an execution trace, reason about why an agent chose the wrong tool, and design guardrails and evaluation strategy. You set the architecture and own quality sign-off; our Agentic Deployment team executes. Beyond your own portfolio, you raise the bar for the whole function: you mentor Customer Architects, lead playbook development for a vertical, and represent the function in the accounts where the stakes are highest. The operating principle: make deployments prescriptive and repeatable, not bespoke. Responsibilities: Account Architecture: Design the end-to-end agent architecture across the customer's journeys and channels — chat, email, voice, SMS, in-app — including agent decomposition, escalation and handoff design, and how autonomous and human-in-the-loop modes divide the work. Design the integration blueprint against the customer's real stack: CRM and ticketing (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow), telephony and contact center, identity, loyalty and reservations systems, order and payments, and data platform. Set the guardrail, governance, and observability architecture: define what the agent must never do, how that is enforced, how it is audited, and what the customer's compliance and risk teams see. Set the architecture and governance standard the Agentic Deployment team executes against, and own quality sign-off before anything reaches production. Technical Success Planning: Author and maintain a Technical Success Plan per account: current-state architecture, target-state architecture, the sequenced roadmap between them, and the metrics defining success at each stage. Define the measurement model with the customer up front — containment, resolution rate, CSAT/DSAT, deflection economics, handle time, escalation quality, cost per resolution — and hold both sides to it. Run a recurring technical business review with customer leadership: what shipped, what it moved, what's next, and what's at risk. Adoption & Technical Expansion: Own the technical expansion path for land-and-expand: chat to email to voice to employee-facing, plus new intents, lines of business, regions, and languages. Identify expansion opportunities from technical reality rather than wishful mapping, size the work honestly, and hand qualified opportunity to the account team. Anticipate what breaks at the next order of magnitude — peak-event volume, new policy regimes, upstream system migrations — and get ahead of it in the roadmap. Trusted Technical Advisor: Hold the primary technical relationship with senior stakeholders: VP/Head of Customer Experience, Director of Contact Center Technology, enterprise architects, security and compliance leadership, and often the CIO. Advise on the parts of the program Netomi doesn't own — knowledge base quality, policy clarity, agent operating model, org readiness — because agent performance depends on all of it. Deliver hard technical news early and clearly. Credibility is built on accurate expectation-setting, not optimism. Partner Co-Delivery: Set the architecture and quality standard that SI delivery partners build against. Certify and enable partner delivery teams; scale through them rather than absorbing all delivery work. Maintain quality sign-off regardless of who executes. Prescriptive Playbooks: Contribute to vertical deployment blueprints — airline, insurance, gaming, media — covering reference architecture, guardrail configuration, evaluation packs, and expansion paths. Turn what works in one account into prescriptive onboarding and day-2 playbooks the whole organization deploys from. Product Collaboration: Translate field observation into specific, evidenced, pattern-based product input — quantified, not anecdotal. Be a named internal voice on enterprise requirements: security posture, deployment topology, model flexibility, and auditability. Escalation & Incident Response: Lead the technical side of escalations: quality regressions, integration failures, and incidents during peak events. Drive root-cause analysis with Engineering and communicate it to the customer with precision and appropriate accountability. Practice Leadership: Mentor Customer Architects on architecture decisions, account strategy, and stakeholder management; review their Technical Success Plans and quality sign-offs. Lead playbook and reference architecture development for a core vertical, and drive its adoption across the account portfolio. Take the first-of-kind deployments — new channels, new verticals, new deployment topologies — and turn what you learn into standards others execute against. Requirements: 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles — solutions architecture, technical account management, forward-deployed engineering, implementation architecture, or technical consulting — including sustained ownership of post-sales technical outcomes. Demonstrated ownership of multiple concurrent enterprise accounts at Fortune 500 scale, including programs spanning brands, regions, or lines of business, with senior technical stakeholders and real consequences to failure. Genuine technical depth: reads code and API documentation, reasons about distributed systems and integration architecture, debugs a failing data flow, and holds their own with a customer's principal engineer. Working understanding of LLM-based systems — prompting, tool use, retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, failure modes — and judgment about where they are and aren't the right answer. Consultative and prescriptive: builds playbooks, not one-offs. Moves between a CIO conversation about business outcomes and an engineering conversation about trace-level agent behavior without losing either audience. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward writing things down. Track record mentoring or leading other architects or senior technical ICs, formally or informally, and raising the standard of the work around them. Preferred Qualifications: Experience co-delivering through SI partners — enabling delivery teams rather than doing all the work directly. CX, contact center, or conversational AI background — CCaaS, CRM/ticketing ecosystems, IVR and voice, workforce management. Depth in a core vertical: airlines and travel, media and streaming, gaming and sports betting, financial services and insurance, or retail. Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance — SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, ISO 27001 — without escalating to Legal for every question. Experience designing evaluation frameworks or quality programs for non-deterministic systems. Principal Customer Architect
✨ $180k-$220k / yearest.
About the Role: Netomi is seeking a Principal Customer Architect — the senior-most technical individual contributor in our Customer Engineering organization. You will own the technical arc of the accounts where the stakes are highest — first-of-kind deployments, peak-event scale, regulated industries — and set the architecture, governance, and quality standards the entire Customer Architect function operates by. Getting an AI agent live is no longer the hard part. The hard part is what comes after the pilot: expanding from one use case to twenty, holding quality as policies and systems change underneath you, proving containment and CSAT to a CIO, and earning the right to the next set of journeys. Solving that repeatably, across every account, is the job. The Principal Customer Architect is where the hardest versions of that problem land — and where the patterns that solve them for everyone else get written. You are deeply credible in a design review — able to read an execution trace, reason about why an agent chose the wrong tool, and design guardrails and evaluation strategy. You set the architecture and own quality sign-off; our Agentic Deployment team executes. Your leverage comes from architecture, judgment, and the standards you set for others: the reference architectures, evaluation frameworks, and playbooks the function deploys from. Own the hardest technical problems in the portfolio — first-of-kind deployments, peak-event scale, novel compliance regimes — and convert their solutions into function-wide standards. Mentor Senior and staff-level Customer Architects; act as the escalation point for architecture decisions across accounts. Represent Customer Engineering's technical position to executive leadership, Product, and Engineering, and shape platform direction based on aggregate field evidence. Requirements: 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles — solutions architecture, technical account management, forward-deployed engineering, implementation architecture, or technical consulting — including sustained ownership of post-sales technical outcomes. Recognized technical authority at prior companies: the architect others escalated to, with demonstrated ownership of the largest and most complex enterprise accounts at Fortune 500 scale. We've recently welcomed Goldman Sachs Alternatives as a growth investor, and we're now expanding into the UK with the launch of our London office. We are just getting started. Ready to build the future? Join BLP Digital today. About The Role Our customers are our strongest asset - and their stories are still largely untold. As our Customer Marketing & Advocacy Manager, you will own the customer voice at BLP end-to-end: building the advocacy program that turns 550+ enterprise customers into referenceable champions, published case studies, review-site presence, and speakers who carry our story into the market. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with full ownership of the advocacy motion. You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer success - and directly with CFOs, COOs, and operations leaders at some of Europe's leading industrial enterprises What You'll Do Build and run the customer reference program . Identify, recruit, and nurture referenceable customers; manage the reference pipeline for sales; match the right customer voice to the right deal stage. Produce customer proof. Own case studies, success stories, and customer quotes end-to-end - from securing internal and customer-side approvals through interviews to published assets for web, sales decks, and campaigns. Own review-site presence. Drive systematic review generation and management on platforms like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights, and turn ratings into market-facing proof. Recruit customer speakers. Source and prepare customer champions for webinars, events, analyst conversations, and press opportunities. Partner with Customer Success and Sales. Establish a structured interface with account teams - joint identification of advocacy candidates, coordinated asks, and a shared view of which customers are asked for what, and when. Measure and report. Track reference coverage by industry and use case, advocacy asset usage in the sales cycle, and the pipeline influence of customer proof. Feed the wider marketing engine. Supply customer evidence to campaigns, website, PR, and executive presentations, ensuring every claim we make is backed by a real customer outcome. You'll have 4–7 years of experience in B2B software marketing, with at least 2 years in customer marketing, advocacy, or reference management. A track record of getting case studies and references out of enterprise customers - you know how to navigate corporate communications departments, legal reviews, and long approval cycles, and you have the persistence to see them through. Exceptional stakeholder skills. Your raw material is owned by customer success and sales; you build the internal relationships that earn you access to accounts. Strong interviewing and storytelling ability: you can get a COO to articulate business impact in numbers, and turn it into a story a CFO wants to read. Structured program-building skills - you can stand up processes, pipelines, and measurement from scratch, not just execute within an existing machine. Fluent English and German (our customer base is concentrated in the DACH region); additional European languages are a plus. Familiarity with ERP-centric processes, finance operations, or enterprise software for manufacturing/industrial companies is a strong advantage. Why Join BLP Real ownership: you build this program - the strategy, the process, and the results are yours. Substance to work with: 550+ enterprise customers with measurable outcomes means your job is to surface great stories, not manufacture them. A company at an inflection point: strong European base, fresh US market entry, and a category - agentic process automation - that enterprises are actively budgeting for. Direct exposure to executive customers and to BLP's leadership team.

We've recently welcomed Goldman Sachs Alternatives as a growth investor, and we're now expanding into the UK with the launch of our London office. We are just getting started. Ready to build the future? Join BLP Digital today. About The Role Agentic process automation is a category enterprises are actively budgeting for - and one crowded with claims. As our Product Marketing Manager, you make sure BLP's story cuts through; sharp positioning against the alternatives our buyers actually consider, messaging that speaks to CFOs and COOs in business outcomes rather than technology, and sales teams equipped to win against ERP workflow add-ons, RPA vendors, and point-AI copilots. This is a hands-on individual contributor role at the center of how BLP goes to market. You will own the translation layer between product capability and buyer value - across launches, enablement, competitive intelligence, and the content that carries our positioning into every deal. What You'll Do Own positioning and messaging execution . Maintain and evolve BLP's messaging house — value proposition, pillars, proof points, and persona-specific narratives - and enforce its consistent use across web, decks, campaigns, and sales conversations. Build and maintain competitive intelligence . Own battlecards and competitive positioning against ERP workflow automation, RPA, IDP/point-AI solutions, and adjacent AI platforms; keep sales ahead of competitor moves and objection patterns. Enable the field. Create and maintain the core sales toolkit - first-meeting decks, discovery guides, objection handling, ROI narratives, and persona playbooks for CFO, COO, shared services, and process excellence audiences. Sharpen personas and ICP. Continuously refine our understanding of buying committees, triggers (ERP transformation, e-invoicing mandates, shared-services efficiency programs), and where we win and lose - grounded in win/loss analysis and field feedback. Drive product launches and releases . Turn platform capabilities and new workflow coverage into launch narratives, internal enablement, and external announcements that land with executive buyers. Fuel demand and thought leadership . Supply campaigns, events, and content marketing with differentiated angles, from executive-facing reports to industry-specific value narratives. Be the voice of the market internally. Bring buyer, analyst, and competitive insight back into product and leadership discussions to sharpen roadmap framing and packaging. You'll have 5–8 years in B2B software marketing, with at least 3 years in product marketing for enterprise SaaS - ideally in ERP-adjacent, finance operations, automation, or applied-AI categories. Proven ability to market to economic buyers: you write for CFOs, CIOs/CTOs, and COOs in the language of cost, productivity, working capital, and EBIT - not features. Strong competitive instincts: experience building battlecards and positioning in crowded categories, and translating technical differentiation into commercial arguments. A portfolio of enablement assets that sales teams actually used - you measure your work by win rates and message adoption, not asset counts. Analytical rigor: comfortable with win/loss analysis, market and analyst research, and grounding messaging claims in defensible evidence. Excellent writing and presentation craft in English; German is a strong plus for our DACH-concentrated customer base. Enough technical depth to understand ERP processes, AI agents, and enterprise integration well enough to challenge product - and simplify it for buyers. Why Join BLP Category-defining work: agentic process automation is being defined now, and you will shape how the market understands it. Real substance: 550+ enterprise customers and measurable outcomes mean your positioning rests on proof, not promises. Scope and access: a seat at the table with product, sales leadership, and the executive team - your work goes straight into deals and board narratives. A company at an inflection point: strong European base, fresh US market entry, and a proven platform to build the story on.

Finance Business Partner
✨ $75k-$95k / yearest.
About Everfield Everfield buys, builds, and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies, providing them with the tools they need to move to the next level. Our mission is to foster ambition, fuel growth, and unlock opportunities for Europe's software ecosystem. Companies in the Everfield ecosystem follow a decentralised model, maintaining their team, brand, and offices, while focusing on what they do best - building products and supporting customers. Everfield provides support in talent acquisition, HR, and access to a team of experts in building and growing European B2B SaaS companies who consult on financial and operational topics. Founded in 2022, Everfield has an ecosystem presence in 9 countries, and growing. About the Role This is not a reporting role. It's ownership of the financial engine for a portfolio of growing software businesses. You'll be accountable end-to-end for the accounting integrity of your portfolio: closing the books accurately, building and leading a team of local finance experts to meet French statutory and regulatory requirements, and making sure every number that reaches Everfield's leadership is right and on time. But the job doesn't stop at accuracy. You'll sit next to Business Unit Leaders as their financial conscience and commercial sparring partner - coaching them on the numbers, challenging their growth plans, and pushing them to allocate resources where they'll actually compound. Everfield deliberately gives this role more scope than a typical FP&A or controller seat carries at this career stage. You'll run the accounting, build and lead the regional finance team, and shape how each business thinks about growth - the full stack, across multiple companies. What You'll Do Own the numbers • Be accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of monthly reporting (management P&L, KPIs, operating metrics) for each business in your portfolio - not just its preparation. • Build and manage a team of local financial experts to meet French statutory and regulatory compliance requirements. • Guide each business's finance and accounting team through migration onto Everfield's NetSuite instance. • Own the accuracy and timeliness of the underlying accounting work behind every number you report. • Build and defend annual budgets and rolling forecasts, incorporating strategic initiatives and long-term expectations. • Prepare Quarterly Update Review (QUR) packs for Everfield's CEO, CFO, and COO. Drive the growth agenda • Coach Business Unit Leaders on financial acumen - make sure they understand and consistently apply the Everfield ratios, not just report against them. • Challenge and support Business Unit Leaders in applying Everfield's prescribed revenue system to their business. • Help each business spot operating efficiencies, report headcount accurately, and manage overhead with intent. • Partner with Business Unit Leaders on charting expense management and aligning resources toward growth, not just cost control. • Play an active role in integration of newly acquired businesses - systems, data, and reporting design, alongside the Integration Director and Head of BI. • Partner with your Strategic Business Partner (SBP) counterpart on the day-to-day relationship with each business in your region. Who We're Looking For • An ambitious problem-solver who wants this role to be a stepping stone – experience on the path towards a CFO or Controller of a larger group of companies, or of a larger standalone business. • Strong technical grounding in accounting practices and controls - you can run a clean close and hold a third-party provider to a standard, not just review their output. • Commercial instinct to match: you can sit across from a Business Unit Leader and challenge their growth plan, not just report on whether they hit it. • A completed university education plus a professional finance qualification (CA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent). • 5+ years in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering. • Ability to lead and build a team of regional finance specialists. • Comfort operating in a decentralised, multi-entity, PE-backed environment - you'll manage stakeholders across businesses at very different stages of maturity. • Fluent in English and French; effective communicator at every level of an organisation, from bookkeeper to CEO. • Ideally, a background in fast-growing technology or SaaS companies. • Willingness to travel occasionally. What We Offer • Attractive salary package with performance-based bonus. • Remote flexibility. • A collaborative team culture based on respect, ownership, and trust. • Access to international experts within the Everfield ecosystem - accelerate your personal and professional growth. • Regular team events and company celebrations. Interview Process Here's what to expect and who you'll meet during the recruitment process: • First interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (0.5 h) • Second interview with Hiring Manager (1.0 h) • Third interview with Group Finance representatives (1.0 h) We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability. Any hiring decision is made based on skills, qualifications and experiences. We look forward to receiving your application!

Software Support Technician
✨ $40k-$55k / yearest.
About Everfield Everfield buys, builds, and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies, providing them with the tools they need to move to the next level. Our mission is to foster ambition, fuel growth, and unlock opportunities for Europe’s software ecosystem. About Us CIM Software builds manufacturing and ERP software used by manufacturers across the UK and beyond. Our established products, Cim50 and Cim200, are the recommended manufacturing solutions for Sage 50 and Sage 200. We are also developing Cim360.cloud , a new SaaS ERP platform that takes our manufacturing expertise into the cloud. We were acquired by Everfield in 2025, which gives us the stability and backing of a larger group while keeping the close-knit, hands-on culture of a specialist software company. About the Role This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of a close-knit support desk. You will be one of the people our direct customers and reseller partners turn to when they need help, taking ownership of 1st and 2nd line cases across our full product range. No two days look quite the same: you will resolve what you can yourself and work with the wider team on the trickier problems, building your product knowledge as you go. We are looking for someone with solid Sage 200 support experience who wants to broaden across our wider product range over time. There is genuine manufacturing ERP expertise to build here, and a clear path to grow as you develop and as we bring Cim360.cloud to market. AI tooling is part of how we work, and you will be encouraged to use and build your skills with modern AI assistants as part of the day job. What you will do Work the incoming support queue, handling 1st and 2nd line cases across our product range for both direct customers and reseller partners, by phone, email, and ticket. Work closely with the rest of the support team, lending your weight across the desk during busier periods to keep response times sharp for customers and partners. Diagnose and resolve issues directly where possible, working from the knowledgebase and your growing product knowledge. Investigate configuration and data issues, including running SQL queries where needed. Escalate the more complex cases clearly, with good detail and reproduction steps. Keep cases updated and communicate clearly with both customers and partners throughout. Contribute to the knowledgebase so common issues become easier to resolve over time. Who We Are Looking For Solid, demonstrable Sage 200 support experience in a 1st or 2nd line role. Strong customer service skills and clear written and verbal communication. A methodical, calm approach to troubleshooting and case ownership. Comfortable working with databases, with at least basic SQL skills. Desirable Exposure to Cim200, Sicon Manufacturing, or Sage 200 Manufacturing. Understanding of manufacturing concepts (BOMs, works orders, stock control). Experience supporting Sage or business software, whether in-house, for a software vendor, or at a Sage partner. Confidence using AI tools to investigate issues and draft responses, with the appetite to develop these skills further. What We Offer Flexible working: office, hybrid, or fully remote to suit you. A varied role spanning our full product range and both direct and partner customers. A clear path to build deep, specialist manufacturing ERP knowledge and progress into more senior support. Genuine opportunity to use, leverage, and skill up in modern AI tooling as a core part of the job, not a side experiment. The backing of the Everfield group alongside a small, expert, close-knit team. An active Employee Council, giving the team a forum to put forward ideas and suggestions and help shape how we improve as a business. Company-subsidised private healthcare scheme. • 26 days' annual leave plus bank holidays. • Electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme. Cycle to work scheme. • Access to our employee benefits and discounts programme. We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability. Any hiring decision is made based on skills, qualifications and experiences. We look forward to receiving your application!

This role sits within that team and is focused specifically on understanding our customers deeply and helping them succeed with our products over time. The role We're hiring a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to put the customer at the center of how we drive adoption and growth. Navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes without formal authority. Contribute to evolving Marketing standards, frameworks, and best practices across the team. What you'll bring Proven experience in Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, or a closely related role in SaaS. Hands-on experience running customer interviews and other qualitative and quantitative research methods. Experience designing and executing product adoption plays or lifecycle marketing programs. A genuine customer-first mindset—curious, empathetic, and motivated by understanding how customers actually experience our product. Strong synthesis skills: the ability to turn raw customer feedback into clear insights and action. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in creator economy, B2B SaaS, or commerce platforms is a strong plus. Fluent English.
