LanceDB

You'll lead on-site technical deployments of LanceDB with enterprise customers, writing production-grade Rust and Python code. You'll **capture product feedback** to influence LanceDB's **architecture and roadmap**. This role directly shapes next-gen AI data infrastructure.

You'll serve as a technical lead in pre-sales, bridging **AI/ML infrastructure** with **real-world business use cases**. You'll build custom demos and proofs-of-concept to solve challenging **RAG and vector search problems**. This role offers the chance to shape product roadmap with direct customer feedback.

You'll join a world-class team polishing the user experience of a high-performance vector database. You'll create compelling experiences for users to explore multimodal data and build scalable backends for serverless cloud. You'll work with a stellar team to define the next generation data system for AI.

You'll be the bridge between our engineering team and enterprise users of **LanceDB**, debugging **distributed databases** built in Rust. You'll build support infrastructure and practices while handling customer cases and driving product improvements.

You'll drive open-source integrations for the LanceDB multimodal AI database, working at the intersection of **high-performance computing**, **big data**, and **open-source systems**. You'll collaborate with a world-class team on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

You'll shape the roadmap and product strategy for **LanceDB** as our first product-focused engineer. You'll drive cross-team decisions and **turn user insights into product changes**. This role sits at the center of infra and product, with high ownership and zero PM theater.
