You'll shape **user-centered design** for our **B2B enterprise SaaS platform**, designing interfaces for complex workflows in the construction supply chain. You'll own **Sales Management & Pricing domain** end-to-end as Engineer #1 for the Sales Rep Portal at an AI-native construction-tech startup. Your core impact is shipping the MVP that transforms how electrical distributors quote and price projects. You'll work in a high-ownership team where **AI-assisted development** enables two people to ship as fast as five.

You'll own a product domain **end-to-end**, building features with Django/React and leveraging **Claude Code** as your primary development tool. You'll ship daily, set technical patterns for the team, and drive impact in a **$15 trillion construction supply chain industry**. No handoffs, full ownership.

You'll lead development of **cutting-edge AI models** including **LLM fine-tuning and RAG pipelines** for construction industry transformation. You will **drive projects from ideation to deployment** while mentoring junior team members.
