Your core impact is crafting high-quality creative that drives brand storytelling and campaign performance. You'll also pioneer **AI-powered creative workflows** using tools like Midjourney and Runway to accelerate output.

You'll shape the narrative for **GRVT**, a self-custodial, yield-generating exchange built on zkSync Prividium. Your core impact is driving adoption through **GTM, community, and ecosystem strategies**. This role uniquely combines Web3-native expertise with a mandate to **architect network effects** across trading and DeFi.

You'll write production code in high-risk areas of a trading platform. You'll own system behavior in production under failure and adversarial conditions. You'll **simplify complex systems** and set technical direction through **reference implementations**.

You'll onboard KOLs and trading communities to promote our crypto exchange, building partnerships and driving user growth. You'll conduct **outreach and negotiations** with traders and **signal groups** to encourage platform usage. This role is ideal for a **hunter mindset** comfortable with cold outreach.

You'll support end-to-end execution of **BD initiatives** for a **Web3 trading platform**, coordinating between BD and internal teams. You'll manage partner onboarding, pipeline tracking, and **operational improvements** to scale the business.
