Finta

You'll **lead the entire design process** for a **YC-backed accounting startup**, collaborating on product roadmap and strategy. Your work will shape user experiences from research to visual design, evolving Finta's identity. **You'll be employee #3** with significant influence over product and company direction.

You'll **ship production code** across the full stack as a founding engineer at Finta, building a modern accounting and tax platform. You'll **collaborate directly with the CEO and designer** to deliver complete features from backend to frontend. You'll work asynchronously in a high-trust environment with **real ownership of architecture and early hiring**.

You'll **build and evolve Finta's design system** and **ship polished, production-ready UI** across product, marketing, and website. You'll **define the quality bar** for every pixel and directly shape product direction with the CEO.

You'll build Finta's presence in the **YC founder community** by hosting events, dinners, and outbound outreach. You'll own the full GTM loop from relationship to pipeline. This role offers direct work with the founder and significant ownership.
