You'll own the platform running **Geology OS** — multi-environment Kubernetes, IaC, GitOps delivery, observability, and security. Your impact ensures safe, repeatable automation for **AI workloads** critical to mineral exploration. Work with a cross-functional team in a mission-driven startup.

You'll design and oversee field campaigns from reconnaissance to drilling, bridging field reality with **AI-assisted exploration technology**. You'll be a key interface between field teams and our tech platform. This hybrid role combines significant field leadership with office R&D.

You'll design and deploy ML systems that interpret complex geophysical data, turning noisy datasets into high-confidence exploration targets. You'll architect the data engine for our **Geology OS**, building infrastructure to process planetary-scale datasets from satellite imagery and geological surveys. You'll bridge **cutting-edge AI with practical geology** by collaborating with exploration geologists to turn raw data into insights using Lithosquare's Core Platform. You'll serve as the **technical face of the product** in workshops and demos, distilling complex ideas for non-technical audiences. You'll support **geological interpretation** across a portfolio of mineral exploration projects, deploying **AI-driven exploration methodologies** to accelerate discovery. You'll lead targeting, data compilation, and QAQC, collaborating with geologists, data scientists, and AI engineers.
