Inngest

You'll own escalated support as the bridge between Inngest's product and developers building on it. You'll **debug complex issues**, investigate root causes, and ensure customers get the most out of Inngest. You'll feed learnings back to engineering to shape the product.

You'll architect and implement solutions in Inngest's durable execution layer, queueing system, and state stores, working with **Go**, **Postgres**, **Redis**, and **Kubernetes**. Your work will directly impact millions of developers, providing **interesting challenges** in distributed systems at scale.

You'll bring **Inngest's brand** to life across marketing, sales, and community channels. You'll work closely with the Head of Design to turn briefs into polished work for a **developer audience**. This is a **remote-first role** with a small, passionate team.
