You'll go from discovery to launch, prototyping ideas yourself and driving customer adoption. This role is for someone who builds prototypes before writing specs and moves the product forward every day.

You'll **build and lead Numeral's Customer Success & Support organization from the ground up**, driving retention and expansion for a fast-growing AI-native tax solution. Your core impact will be owning the customer journey post-onboarding, implementing scalable systems, and **leveraging AI/automation** to deliver high-quality support. You'll join a rapidly scaling AI-native tax startup as a Product Operations Analyst, working on data-driven product improvements. You'll wrangle complex datasets to identify opportunities and streamline operations. This role offers **direct equity** in a YC-backed company that's **tripled revenue yearly**.
