You will lead digital product experiences from inception to implementation, conducting research, driving workshops, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to align strategy with business goals. You'll ideate creative solutions, influence UX and visual design, and present concepts to senior stakeholders.

You'll lead visual design from concept through delivery for web and digital experiences, creating moodboards, design systems, and modular components. Collaborate with strategy, UX, and development teams to bring thoughtful products to life, preparing developer-ready Figma files and supporting Webflow builds.

You will define and execute the strategy for unifying customer data to drive personalized marketing and business growth. You'll bridge technical teams and marketing stakeholders to implement data pipelines, create unified profiles, and ensure compliance.

You will build, launch, and optimize email campaigns and automated workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot, manage audience segmentation, execute campaign sends, and track performance. Collaborate with internal teams to drive campaign success.

You will work across both WordPress and Drupal projects, designing and delivering high-quality solutions. You'll be hands-on in code, contributing to implementation decisions and supporting shared development standards.

You will oversee day-to-day delivery of digital projects from kickoff through launch, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality work on time and budget. This temp-to-perm role focuses on managing project risks, scope, budget, and team health.
