You will operate robots using advanced data collection systems to gather high-quality motion and behavior data for training AI-driven robots. You'll work closely with engineering teams to refine teleoperation pipelines and ensure safe operations.

You will design, implement, test, and deploy robot perception algorithms for object detection, pose estimation, tracking, and scene understanding. This involves sensor fusion, real-time optimization, and close collaboration with hardware and autonomy teams to power Maven Robotics' general-purpose AI robots.

You will design, implement, test, and deploy robot manipulation algorithms using reinforcement learning and imitation learning to enable assembly and material movement tasks in dynamic environments. You'll take ownership of critical ML projects from conception to deployment and collaborate across disciplines.

You will develop foundational software that keeps robot hardware alive, building core systems for robust, safe, and deterministic operation. You'll adapt safety-certifiable RTOS, develop device drivers, and collaborate with hardware engineers on safety-critical systems. You'll also build tools for real-time performance monitoring, OTA updates, and software deployment.

In this role, you will design and test innovative robotic hardware from architectural development through detailed circuit and PCB/A design, working closely with cross-functional teams. You will perform component selection, design circuits, analyze layouts, and support board build and testing.

You will build the foundational real-time Linux platform for autonomous robotics, integrating high-performance compute with controls and machine learning. Collaborate with experts to develop drivers, optimize system performance, and support OTA updates and safety compliance.

You will design, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art foundation models on our robots. You'll develop, fine-tune, and optimize models using techniques like pre-training, RAG, and RLHF, building training and deployment pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will build and maintain infrastructure supporting software development, machine learning models, and AI operations at a leading AI robotics company. Your work will involve designing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and collaborating with development and AI teams to enhance efficiency and stability.

You will be a critical part of our field deployment team, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of our robotic solutions in customer facilities. You'll oversee system operation, provide workflow feedback, perform maintenance, and triage software issues while working closely with engineering teams to improve robot design and functionality.

You'll design and test **innovative robotic hardware** from architecture to detailed mechanisms. You'll collaborate across teams to define requirements and bring products to life. This role offers hands-on work from concept through production.
