You will step in as the new President and General Manager of an established small business, taking full ownership of strategy, operations, and P&L. Your role is to lead the team through a transition to employee ownership, drive revenue growth, and improve profitability while fostering transparency and accountability.

You'll lead the design of high-end custom cabinetry for kitchens and baths, using Chief Architect or AutoCAD to create detailed plans. You'll manage client relationships, drive business growth through networking, and oversee projects from concept to completion.
