Relay Commerce

You'll develop TypeScript services for subscription management and billing as a primarily back-end role (~70%). You'll independently deliver features, using AI agents like Claude code to accelerate delivery. You'll also contribute to React front-ends (~30%) within a multi-functional team.

You'll support **multi-entity accounting operations** and **business unit financial reporting** at Relay Commerce, a portfolio of e-commerce software solutions. Your core impact is bridging accounting execution with finance analysis to help GMs understand financial performance and drive profitability. This role combines the precision of month-end close with the analytical challenge of explaining "why the numbers moved."

You'll own recruiting operations and support People Ops for a globally distributed e-commerce tech company. You'll manage end-to-end hiring processes and optimize ATS workflows. This role offers **real ownership** and **meaningful exposure** to People Ops as the company scales.
