You will design and implement the operating system for how OpenAI executes design and construction globally, partnering closely with Real Estate, Engineering, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Project Controls to safeguard schedule, cost, quality, and risk. You will build and drive the core program execution framework including strategic sourcing, RFP development and execution, complex commercial negotiations, program controls, processes, templatization, reporting, risk management, vendor governance, and delivery standards across all projects and regions.

You will design and implement dataset infrastructure for OpenAI's next-generation training stack, building standardized APIs and scaling pipelines across thousands of GPUs. This role involves collaborating with researchers to ensure datasets are efficient and easy to consume, focusing on reliability and performance at massive scale.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for the Forward Deployed Engineering team, shaping hiring strategy with business leaders and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role involves sourcing top-tier talent and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a smooth, compliant process.

You will lead end-to-end deployments of AI models inside life sciences organizations, focusing on workflows across discovery, clinical development, submissions, and scientific operations. You'll translate data, infrastructure, and workflow constraints into production systems and help define how frontier models can be applied in regulated environments. You'll measure success through production adoption, workflow impact, and evaluation loops that define workflow-specific benchmarks and acceptance criteria.

You will design and build the core monetization and ads systems at OpenAI, working across infrastructure, APIs, and user-facing experiences to create scalable, safe, and privacy-preserving products. This role involves collaborating with Product, Design, and Research to define the future of monetized AI experiences and ensure high standards of safety and compliance.
