You'll lead **key product initiatives** shaping the direction of Poppulo's enterprise employee experience platform. Your core impact will be driving **product delivery from discovery to launch** in a high-growth SaaS environment. This 12-month maternity cover role offers high autonomy and cross-functional influence.

You'll own end-to-end delivery of AI features at Poppulo, bridging research and production for **agentic AI systems** that reason and act autonomously. You'll translate cutting-edge GenAI into **practical, disruptive products** for employee communications and digital signage.

You'll **lead the development of internal AI capabilities** that empower teams across Poppulo to work faster and smarter. You'll **design and deploy GPT assistants, AI agents, and automated workflows** while ensuring security and compliance. This role **reports to the Chief Information Security Officer** and focuses on driving safe AI innovation across the organization.

You'll join a cross-functional team building Poppulo's Harmony platform, integrating AI to improve enterprise communication. You'll own features end-to-end, working with PM to define requirements and ensuring high-quality, secure code. This role offers the chance to leverage new technologies at scale.
