You'll drive improvements that make the entire team more effective, taking ownership of ambitious projects that directly impact customers. You'll solve unique challenges like **AI training generation** and **auto-translation into 110+ languages**.

You'll be the product expert for customers, ensuring they gain real value from the platform through onboarding and ongoing support. You'll troubleshoot technical issues and build customer-facing knowledge bases, working closely with the product leadership team to provide feedback and improve the product.
