You'll learn full-cycle recruitment while leveraging **AI-native tooling** to source, screen, and manage candidates across tech and finance roles. You'll own end-to-end delivery on a **fast-growing book of contracts**, shaping how we use the product to scale. This is a chance to ride a growth wave from day one.
