You'll serve as the key conduit between the People Team, IT, and Finance, translating business needs into **scalable technology solutions** and **reliable data architecture**. You'll build efficient workflows, automations, and AI-enabled solutions while strengthening **workforce analytics** to support strategic decisions.

You'll partner with the Director of Compensation to operate and scale Ro's compensation function, supporting analysis, administration, and optimization of programs. You'll help modernize compensation data tools and workflows using **Pave** and related People systems, enabling scalable infrastructure. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the potential to convert to full-time.
