You'll lead the enterprise AI strategy at Chamber, a health tech company rebuilding cardiology care. You'll drive AI adoption across clinical, product, and operations teams, moving from individual contributor to a product or operations leadership role over 18–24 months. This role offers the chance to **shape AI governance** in a **clinical setting** with real impact on patient outcomes.

You'll design and build **core web applications** that power Chamber's operational tools for cardiology care teams. You'll shape **full-stack architecture** across React/Next.js frontend and Node.js backend services. This role combines **clinical data, analytics, and AI** to transform heart health at scale.

You'll **manage and develop a remote team of Community Health Workers** at a cardiology-focused health tech startup. Your core impact is building daily accountability structures and ensuring consistent performance. You'll thrive in a **build environment** where programs and workflows evolve rapidly.

You'll lead **performance tracking and population analytics** to drive care program success. You'll own **leading indicators, SLA tracking, and program ROI**, turning insights into action. This role combines accountability and insight, partnering with Clinical and Care Ops leadership.

You'll build and own the IT and security infrastructure for a scaling cardiology startup, from endpoint management to security operations. You'll establish foundational systems and policies as the first hire in this role, reporting directly to the Head of Security and IT. This role blends **IT administration** with **security operations** in a value-based care environment.
