As a Senior/Staff Embedded Software Engineer, you will architect and develop core system software running on Intel and NVIDIA Jetson platforms, including deployment, telemetry, DDS configuration, and OS-level integration. Your work will define the reliability and performance of our entire robotics software stack.

You will own the data and learning engine behind RoboForce's Physical AI stack, building pipelines from raw teleoperation data collection through curation, annotation, storage, to post-training infrastructure that scores demonstrations and closes the loop for model retraining.

You will build production software for real-world robotic systems, focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainability. You'll integrate capabilities across autonomy, systems, and infrastructure, and validate your work directly on hardware in complex outdoor environments.

You will design, develop, and refine mechanical systems for cutting-edge robotic products at RoboForce, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components and pushing the boundaries of robotics technology.

You will architect and develop embedded systems for robotic devices, working across Linux, RTOS, and microcontroller platforms to design device drivers, middleware, and on-device software. You'll integrate sensors and actuators, perform performance debugging, and ensure reliable operation at the boundary between software and physical hardware.

You will develop algorithms for robotic embodied intelligence, focusing on building world models that enable robots to predict, plan, and generalize across complex physical tasks.

You will bridge the gap between initial concept and full production by providing design teams with critical insights on manufacturability, assembly, testing, and tooling. You'll lead in-house development of prototype manufacturing equipment, design assembly sequences, and serve as a key stakeholder in scaling manufacturing lines to high-volume production, leveraging virtualization technologies and resolving complex multi-disciplinary issues.

You will own the arm autonomy stack, architecting algorithms for reach, grasp, and manipulation with precision and compliance. You'll bridge high-level planning and low-level control to enable safe, intelligent interaction with the world.

You will design and deploy algorithms for dexterous manipulation tasks, developing motion planning models for dynamic environments and deploying them as production-ready solutions on RoboForce robots. Expect to enhance contact-rich robot learning stacks through physics-based simulation.

You will own the local mobility and safety stack for our fleet, bridging AI-driven perception with physical hardware execution. You'll translate AI-generated costmaps into safe, dynamically feasible motion for our humanoid platform on unpredictable terrain.

In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of production-grade perception models, including object detection, pose estimation, depth estimation, and scene understanding, onto robotic platforms operating in demanding industrial environments. You will own the full perception stack from research to on-robot deployment, optimizing for latency and memory constraints, and collaborate with manipulation and foundation model teams to integrate outputs into robot control policies.

You'll architect the **validation framework** for an **AI robotics fleet** from scratch, owning the test execution engine that orchestrates simulation runs, HIL testing, ML pipelines, and factory validation. This is a massive-scope technical leadership role as a central hub connecting all engineering teams.

In this role, you will drive the full stack of model optimization—from CUDA kernel engineering to quantization and compression—to deploy high-performance AI models on edge compute platforms powering RoboForce robots in the field.

You'll build an **AI-native operating system** for an **AI robotics company** developing Physical AI–powered Robo-Labor. You'll identify high-leverage AI opportunities and drive adoption across the company.

You'll conduct **closed-loop robotic model evaluations** in a lab/industrial environment, operating real robots to **execute actions with precision**. You'll collect operational data and performance feedback that directly contribute to improving **AI models**.

You'll conduct hands-on research and build systems for **embodied physical intelligence** in a robotics company. Your work will directly impact **real-world robot deployment** through Vision-Language-Action models, world models, and reinforcement learning. You'll iterate quickly between simulation and physical execution on actual robots.
