You'll handle **enrollment, eligibility, and billing** for plan participants and manage the end-to-end claims process as part of a **fast-growing, AI-powered healthcare TPA**. You'll work directly with founders to shape health plan administration operations. This role offers **competitive benefits** and the chance to build from the ground up.

You'll bridge product, engineering, and customer success, translating customer needs into **technical solutions** that drive direct user impact. You'll debug customer issues, configure **TrueClaim's platform**, and build lightweight integrations to unblock customers. This role is **customer-visible** and requires 4 days/week in SF.

You'll own entire features end-to-end, building new products from zero to one at an **AI-powered healthcare TPA**. Your code will directly impact how health plans operate and how members **experience healthcare**. You'll ship to production daily and tackle projects like **AI-powered claims adjudication** and fintech-like money movement.
