You'll be the first point of contact for potential hotel clients, sparking interest in RoomPriceGenie's **pricing optimization solution** and connecting qualified leads with Sales Managers. You'll own the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for integrations and data, building a scalable data backbone for **thousands of independent hotels worldwide**. Your mission is to enable automated pricing and reliable reporting through partner integrations and data products. You'll lead two product managers and collaborate across teams to turn raw data into actionable insights.

You'll build the systems that power user activation, engagement and long-term success at RoomPriceGenie, focusing primarily on **backend development** using Python/Django. You'll take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, **designing and delivering features** from discovery to deployment. Operating with high autonomy, you'll collaborate across the stack and contribute to our **React/Typescript frontend** when needed.

You'll lead the **design and research team**, setting strategic direction and advocating for UX at the leadership level. You'll raise **design maturity** across the product organization by establishing systems, guidelines, and shared insights.
