You'll support Forward Deployed PMs diagnosing client problems and translating them into actionable product requirements. You'll conduct market, user, and competitive research to sharpen the **AI Agent's positioning** and define a clear PRD. This internship puts you at the edge of the pipeline where **AI products meet real customers**.

You'll own **Delight.ai's full ISV and hyperscaler ecosystem strategy**, building the commercial engine that makes partnerships a measurable revenue driver. Your core impact will be **securing strategic positions inside GenAI platforms** like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, and executing **co-sell motions with AWS** to compound competitive advantage.

You will own Delight.ai's organic growth strategy and execution, making the company discoverable wherever buyers research and turning discoverability into pipeline. This hands-on role involves building the content engine, SEO and AEO/GEO strategy, and measurement framework to make organic the highest-performing growth channel.

You'll create clear, concise documentation and UX copy for Sendbird's AI-powered customer experience platform. Your work will directly impact developer experience and help build the AI workforce of tomorrow. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and use **AI tools** to accelerate your writing workflow.
