You'll join a core document understanding team building the intelligence behind LlamaParse and LlamaExtract. You will push the boundaries of **document parsing** using **computer vision** and **NLP** to process millions of complex documents. Your work will directly impact thousands of developers building **RAG applications** and shape industry approaches to document AI.

You'll build our recruiting function from 0 to 1 at a fast-growing AI startup. Your primary focus will be **technical hiring** across AI/ML, infrastructure, and full-stack engineering. You'll personally run searches for the most critical roles and architect the **hiring engine** around your craft.

You'll join LlamaIndex to define the narrative around document understanding, sitting at the intersection of enterprise sales and deep technical execution. You'll own the technical relationship from first discovery through proof of concept, working alongside Account Executives on live opportunities with the world's most ambitious AI teams. This role is embedded directly in our revenue motion, turning skeptical engineering teams into champions and promising evaluations into signed deals.

You'll be the **public face of LlamaParse**, showing developers how to turn messy documents into structured data at scale. Your demos and social media content will **drive adoption** at events and online. This role is for someone who **thrives on stage, on camera, and in person**.

You will design, build, and scale core infrastructure that powers a high-volume data platform for AI applications. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to build foundational systems that empower developers and support rapid growth. This role involves managing cloud infrastructure, optimizing Kubernetes clusters, and ensuring compliance across various deployment environments.

You'll **build and scale backend APIs** for LlamaIndex's AI platform, defining the narrative around **document understanding**. Your work will power new features for a rapidly growing AI company backed by Greylock, with opportunities for ownership and growth.

You'll define the **product vision and strategy** for **AI-powered developer tools** at LlamaIndex, ensuring they meet the needs of developers. You'll drive end-to-end execution, engage with users, and evangelize the product at conferences.

You'll own full-cycle recruiting across the company, focusing on **engineering roles** such as AI/ML, infrastructure, and dev tools, while also supporting GTM and marketing hires. You'll shape the recruiting function as we scale, using **AI-powered sourcing tools** to build a high-precision pipeline. This role is **in-person in downtown San Francisco**, essential for deep cultural immersion.

You'll build our SaaS platform with **Next.js** and **Python**, contribute to open-source frameworks, and work directly with customers to turn ideas into production reality.
